Came to pick up some flowers and it’s overpriced. The staff talked to me with an unfriendly tone, very impatient too. Will never come back. I suggest you guys to to learn a better customer service before open a store, thank you.:))

Stopped by this shop last weekend to get some flowers for a bridal shower. We didn’t order anything in advance. They had a great selection of bouquets outside for us to help ourselves to. They offered to make something custom if we had a bit of time to wait if we didn’t like the other bouquets. Bouquets were wrapped up beautifully and had water for the flowers since we were still shopping. A week later and some of the flowers still look very fresh.

Showed up looking for a plant as I have really bad luck with plants. The two people working there a guy and girl were both very helpful. They asked me what way my windows faced so they could help me pick out the best plant suited for my space. I have north facing windows. They give me a selection of plants to choose from that would be low maintenance. I need up with a snake plant. I will definitely be back to get more plants from this shop and suggest that if you don’t have luck keeping plants alive you go talk to their knowledgeable staff.

Wilbe Bloomin is the best florist in Toronto by far! Darius put together not just one but TWO stunning bouquets for me as a same-day walk up. They were patient with my requests and exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much Wilbe Bloomin!

For me, this is possibly the best flower shop in Toronto. Friendly staff and quality flowers! It is now my go to and staff always super helpful. Even while all stores were shut down during covid, I needed a bouquet and they delivered right to my door. When I opened my door, my neighbor was standing staring at the flowers and looked at me and said "I'm Jealous". These flowers in the pic attached were those flowers. Again, always quality long lasting flowers. Thank you Wilbe Bloomin!

I mean, I wasnt greeted when I came in but the store is really cute and had alot to offer. Just didn't feel like a welcoming atmosphere personally. Other than that the location is great and has great variety

Super happy to have discovered Bloomen!! The service provided is incredible. Customer service is very helpful and easily approachable!! The provided services are fast and convenient! I got my order the second day with no delay!! Was really impressed with the packaging, and the overall quality! Defiantly worth the price! Can't wait to log back onto the website for more purchases!!

Just discovered this shop last week! They have a really good selection of house plants and succulents. I purchased an arrangement and they made it look really beautiful and full. Also, super friendly staff. Will recommend to all my friends!!

I went there on a Saturday and was serviced by the manager who was so lovely! She gave me a great deal of my purchase because some of the flowers were on their last legs but still blooming and beautiful and she was very knowledgeable. They also have cute mini succulents and cactus there along with a lovely selection of fresh flowers. Highly recommend!
