  Dignity, Respect, and Compassionthose are the hallmarks of the staff at Ridley Funeral Home Services.
  
  The burial of my father was a very difficult time for my family and the support that we received from all the staff at Ridley's was truly remarkable. Most notably, I really appreciate the dignity they bestowed on my father when they took the initiative to recover his body from the hospital immediately after his passing prior to any payment. When I reflect back now in retrospect, this was very important for me and my family because we wouldn't have wanted our father to needlessly stay in the hospital's morgue after he died. This is just one small example of the many sensitive details that Ridley took care of for us.
  
  From the outset, our funeral director Ellen kept us informed of our options in advance and helped guide us through the decision making process. She was wonderful and I thank her very much on behalf of my family. During the viewing they provided ample time for me and my family to mourn in private and then helped arrange all the aspects of the public viewing on our behalf. Furthermore, the pallbearers assigned to carry my father to his final resting place took this responsibility with the utmost care and respect. They picked him up very carefully and slowly carried him to his final resting place.
  
  The Ridley staff are not merely conducting business they will provide your loved ones safe carriage to their final resting place.

  My father passed away and his was passing was untimely for my siblings and I. We had no idea what to do. With no life insurance in place or funds on the side, his passing was a trying time for the family. When I made that phone call to Ridley Funeral home, a voice of compassion was greeting me on the other side. It was Ellen Newman. We spoke and I advised her of the issues we were having and she was so helpful. I felt the compassion, the kindness, the care, love, and concern from all of the staffs. She also gave us hope during this vulnerable time, that there is a way. Lindsey did a wonderful job as well with the quoting, Siobhan with the follow up, and Mr. Jones himself was very kind to my family and I. He was the one who helped us on the day of the funeral. Their professionalism coupled with compassion and understanding has touched my family and I. Even my uncle was very impressed by their wonderful service. I am pleased to have found these wonderful people in the neighbourhood and I definitely would not want to go with anyone else. They make you feel like family and someone who can truly relate to how you feel. Because of what they did, my family and I are at ease after my father’s passing. This is the funeral home that didn’t make us feel like they did this for business. They are family owned. They made us feel more like they’re a family helping our family in time of difficulties.   Ridley Funeral Home could well be the standard by which all others are measured. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, patience, kindness, and compassion of the staff that helped and guided us every step of the way, upon the passing of our dad. The Ridley team made a very trying time for our family that much easier, and alleviated so much of our stress and worry. The arrangements for my father were imbued with a beautiful dignity and decorum.

  Ridley Funeral Home was recommended by our pastor as we have not had pleasant experiences with other funeral homes. Brad and his staff were kind and compassionate right from the start and made us feel like part of their family. Brad was a guiding light for us in a time of need. He gave us time to make decisions as well as provide alternative options when planning the funeral. He genuinely made an effort to get to know us and our late daughter such that the funeral truly represented her. Thank you again for your outstanding support Brad and Staff!

  I recently used the services at Ridley Funeral Home and I found all the staff to be patient and sympathetic during such a challenging time. Ridley Funeral Home is a family owned business and we loved how they listened and offered suggestions that were in line with what we wanted for our father. They also provide an aftercare service which alleviated some stress in dealing with our Father's paperwork. We thoroughly recommend Ridley Funeral Home to support you in the planning for the death of your loved one.
