We finally made the switch from fuses to breakers along with a few other minor electrical issues. The entire team at Hi Lite was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and forthcoming about each aspect of the job. They made the entire experience stress free. I would highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs.

I had an appointment booked, I had taken time off my work to be there for the appointment. Technician cancelled at the time of the appointment! No call earlier to notify me. They wanted to reschedule a week later as they deemed my issue was not an emergency.

We just had electrical wiring done in one of our bathrooms from Steve and Matthew. They were on time, friendly, honest, professional, and addressed any questions/concerns. We will definitely contact Hi-Lite Electric again for any electrical related services.

The family run business at Hi-Lite Electric was amazing.
We had our hydro mast/wires ripped off the house from a falling tree during the December '21 windstorm. Luciano took my call in the late evening on Saturday, and was there at our house by 8am on Sunday starting the repair. They were responsive, compassionate, and very knowledgeable (including dealing with all aspects of the safety certification and coordination with the city to reconnect the power).

These guys saved me. I was on the East Coast when my power line from the house connection to the meter broke. I was able to work with Luciano over phone and text to sort out emergency repairs in coordination with Toronto Hydro! I was literally driving from Cape Breton to Halifax while all of this went down (assist to Apple CarPlay on my wife’s car). The bill that I paid over the phone with a credit card was less than quoted! I came home to a clean site with a top quality installation. In an emergency, these guys came through in less than quoted. I won’t hesitate to use them for any and all electrical work I need.

Just had Hilite come and fix an intermittent power problem in my main bathroom. Nick and Darren were super. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very polite. Can't say enough good things about this firm.

I had Hi-Lite come in to do several jobs. Geoff arrived earlier than expected (which was great) and did everything needed. Not inexpensive, but good value for safe and correct work. I would use them again.

I called Hi-Lite Electric when in an emergency situation - water was coming in through my electrical panel. I spoke with Angie who was very professional and pleasant, and she assured me that an electrician would be out to see me immediately. Matthew showed up promptly and provided me with an explanation of the work and a reasonable quote. The work required a complete re-install of a new panel + new meter and casing outside the house.
When Matthew returned to do the work, be brought with him Luciano, Steve and one other apprentice. They were very friendly throughout the process, and exceptionally professional. Luciano was especially great to work with, as he walked me through the step by step process. They completed the work in the estimated time.
