We had a problem with our fuse box and had an electrician come check it out. We were told that there was nothing wrong with our fuse box but we thought we should try another electrician. This is how we found Alex from Astron Electric Ltd. Alex came to take a look and upon doing a thorough investigation he discovered our problem and fixed it on the spot! Alex was very personable, professional and clearly knows his trade! We are extremely satisfied with his work and are thankful to him for fixing our problem!

I had called and made an appointment for some work I need done around my condo. He was over 20 minutes late. When he did show up, I had another electrician already here. This company just turned around, didn't walk in to see the work I needed done and said, "I'm not competing for this job".

Their prices are competitive for sure and the response time was great all was good until I received a quotation from one of their electricians (Theodor/Ted) but lost his number. When I called again after a week or so, the same electrician called me back but this time the quotation went up by $50, when I asked why his response was: You're cheap, I don't want to do the job!
I am writing this review three business days after complaining to Astron Electric Limited and them promising to call back, which they obviously did not. I am glad I took my business elsewhere, paid a bit more but avoided being insulted. So maybe their pricing is low but not as low as their level of professionalism and their respect to potential clients.

Just called Astron Electric as I'm in need of an electricianpronto. First impression is that this company is professional and courteous. Reception can really set the tone for a business ! While the receptionist wasn't able to give me a definitive timeline ( which makes sense ) she did assure me that one of her servicemen would contact me asap. I loved that. Now hopefully the rest of the crew will live up to the tone set by this very favorable front line impression ! 5 stars and holding.update to follow

The Astron electric company Toronto knows every problem facing your wiring. I called them a few days ago when something kept my power going on and off, and they have sorted it out. What a secure team to work with. They never leave anything to chance. When modifying or redoing wires, they switch off the mains and advise you on a few security measures here and there. Right here in my house, I asked them as many questions as I could about my wiring issues and they explained in a language I could understand. They are so friendly and hardworking. Honestly, there is no hustle when working with Astron fellows. They simply do everything in a short time, clean the mess they create in your house and leave everything neat and orderly. Despite the fact that they can show up at any time you call them, they are not scared when they find out that your house has the old asbestos heat duct, plaster and lath walls or knob and tube wiring. They actually enjoy doing it. Most electricians around don’t like dealing with the old homes. Ted and Alex actually suggested a full rewiring and they did everything in a week!
