Always a great place for our family to get out and ski/snowboard. We usually go during the week after school to avoid weekend crowds. Staff is superb.

Was here for a girls hockey tournament. The ice was very well kept and emergency response was incredible. Whole thing was very well managed.

One of the nicer rinks in town. Nice food concession. Tables up top to work, nice fairly warm seating. And usually lots of other activities around to distract parents and younger siblings.

The Luge was awesome. Surprised my pre-teen daughter with this activity on our vacation but she figured it would be too scary. She agreed to do the course one time and loved it. I got a high five. YES. We went another 2 times after. Next time we'll do the water slide too as I didn't know about it. They also had a bike ride course that looked awesome too. As well as a winter sport run as well??

So much fun! They have go karts, Bobsleighs, dirt biking and even a zipline. Personally I think their alpine luge (go kart down the mountain) is the best because it's cheap and very worth it since the track is so long. It's very affordable to for the amount of fun you will have with 4 rides down the hill being $23. But the online promotion gives you 5 rides for $28 so you pay 5 dollars for an extra ride. Definitely worth it and definitely will come again.

A really good place to learn to ski or snowboard as you don't have to drive a few of hours just for a lesson or practice the basics. It's quite a bit icy though.
In summer there are tons of things to do too. Luge was awesome family fun. So is the water slide thing.

Much more fun than I ever planned on having. The luge was not my jam initially but after going on the first run I HAD to do more.

The Bobsled was pretty epic but I felt like we were missing out by not doing it in the winter. Seemed to be more like a wooden roller coaster ride with very little lead up. Sign the form and get in the car. okay still pretty awesome, it's bobsledding after all!

We didn't get the chance to check out their mountain bike operation but it looks like a great time for the money. Show up early and get your $$ work on the trail fees with rental. They have an extensive map and I can't wait to come back and try it.

Had a great day out here. I imagine this would be 5 stars for real sports enthusiasts. Museum is great and there are plenty of things to do (rather than just look). Highlight of the day was photos in the 'Cool Runnings' Bobsled.

I learned to ski here a dozen years ago. Since then a lot of my family members had lessons here. Good instructors and at a reasonable price.
Skiing here is great if you only have a few hours here and there, at least you can get out. It can get very crowded and you have to watch where you're going, a lot of newbies there. Unfortunately it is a bit on the pricey side, but what isn't in Calgary (?!) and passes and tickets can be had on sale from time-to-time, that makes for a good deal. Fun place.

Paskapoo (aka WinSport) is an incredible facility located virtually in the heart of a major city. The skiing/boarding is crap, but it's just. Right. There. So close. And quite affordable. And now that they have a tube park, it's even better! And way less expensive than Norquay, which is over an hour away. Lots more activities to partake in, year round. Do yourself a favour and get to know WinSport.

We've got a super-cold winter going on, and for 17 bucks you can ski as much as you want between 8 and 9pm. Most of the clientele that late at night sticks to the terrain parks (which are extensive), so you can get some good turns in with nobody on the slopes. What a great way to get an evening workout! Make sure you've got edges: the conditions are so variable with Chinooks in the region - can be pretty icy. Great mountain biking venue in the summer, as well. The hockey rinks there are super-modern and very friendly - not the community rinks you remember. Really a fabulous facility that was made famous by the '88 Olympics, but that has been maintained and kept in active use.

The tubing park needs to learn how to operate more efficiently. If you go there when it's busy you will have to wait up to 20 minutes to get to the top of the hill and then another 20 minutes to ride down. They space people so far apart and don't maximize your time very well. If you go when it isn't busy they will arbitrarily close down 'runs' so that you still have to wait at the top of the hill. I don't think it's necessary to have 3-4 people working for each 'run'. 3 people could easily operate 2 separate runs to speed things up and make it more enjoyable. Also be aware that they don't honor their park hours and will close the tube park down early if they feel like it. It would be a great experience if they could address these operational shortcomings.

WinSport is a multi-activity facility with extensive activities during both summer and winter.

Summer Camps, Spring Break Camps, Christmas ski schools, snowboarding, downhill biking, ski jump, luge, cross training are only a few of the many activities which are available for 3 y/o through to adults.

Well qualified staff provide lessons and supervise activities. Prices are reasonable especially given the 2 high speed quads on this in city ski facility.
