Had a really incredible stay here. My boyfriend and I only stayed for one night, however everything went well. It was quite cheap for a hotel in Calgary, and it has a pool and a hot tub as well. It wasn't fancy, but it did the trick. Close to the airport, and there is plenty of shops, and places to eat, nearby. We also had breakfast in the hotel restaurant in the morning, and had a wonderful waiter. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I went for a small conference there. It was easy to find a location of the conference without having to ask staff. The conference and location was displayed on screen as I walked through the main door. Bathroom was not well kept, pieces of toilet tissue found on the wash room floor, however the toilet itself was clean. The temperature in the conference room is well regulated and it was comfortable.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is a fine one. It's subsidized by the hotel for only $5.99 instead of $15-20.. The hot tub and dry sauna were closed during our stay.. but not a big problem. Overall a great place within a few clicks of the airport!

We stayed here booking through Park Stay and Fly and were really impressed by everything the hotel had to offer. The front desk staff were truly amazing. We arrived to find that they were out of the Queen beds we had requested, so they had updated us to a King. There is a free airport shuttle, which the girl a the desk helped us book, and even scheduled a wake up call for us! On our way out in the wee hours of the morning, we left a Go Pro behind and the staff were simply incredible, ensuring that it was returned to the hotel and kept in the safe until we returned from our trip. They really went above and beyond, and we LOVED their smiles and assistance.
The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 stars was that I returned to find my vehicle had been slightly damaged in their parking lot during my stay. It is one of those things that happens, c'est la vie, right? But still disappointing, and a big fear for a traveler who is leaving their car in long term parking.response / report this review -

In desperate need of an update and renovation. The bed and bathroom were clean, but the carpet had stains and the tiles were cracked. The shuttle driver was unprofessional and there is no guarantee that there will be room on the shuttle to the airport. So, if there are too many people, you could be left to find your own way to the airport which is quite a distance from the hotel.

Awesome place with delicious food. Banquet servers needs more initiative. I asked for coffee and he said "I don't know if we have anymore", I used to work for hospitality so I know there is always coffee ready to go. The banquet server was just being LAZY

I stayed here few weeks ago . I had a great stay , comfy bed , great service at a reasonable price . Brad was very helpful with everything. I appreciated his excellent service. Would definitely come back and try the brunch next time .

We were treated rudely when we arrived at 2:00 am. It was assumed we might cause damage to the room. There was no creamer for the coffee, no pens and paper to write things down. Instead of 2 queen size beds, one of us had to sleep on a very uncomfortable pull out couch! That person woke up with a terrible back ache! The hotel restaurant was good. Good service, friendly & efficient. The food was excellent.

Came to the Hotel as a guest of a function in the banquet hall. We had our baby with us, and we needed to use a towel from the hotel. We asked the front counter and they said ask the staff at the back. So, then i walked around the back to ask the staff that were near the banquet hall and they said to ask the front desk. All the running around while still needing a simple towel for my 6month baby. Then we come back to the front counter and i ask again, do you have a towel that i can use. Not getting any answers but them asking me questions. I started to get upset and said just tell me yes or no if you have towel i can use. The guest services at the front desk did nothing to help me and when i went back after to explain, they made an excuse and then said one of the staff members was training which would have been fine if they had said that in the beginning or if they other member training had stepped in earlier to help.
Very disappointed and will not recommend this facility.response / report this review -

Attended an awards banquet hosted at the hotel. The food was delicious and the staff was very courteous. It was an enjoyable evening.

I love that fact that I can stay at this hotel and leave my car for a few days while I travel. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel staff is friendly and professional. Don't park and fly anymore at a parking lot. Stay, park and fly instead at this awesome hotel!
