Lovely modern rooms with heated bathroom floors. Airport shuttle is efficient, staff are friendly, but it would be nice if breakfast is included. The rooms are nice and quiet.

We had our wedding here and the catering and hotel staff did an exceptional job the evening before and day of the event. They helped make our vision come true and made the space very tidy and organized. They were hospitable and responsive to our inquiries. The food was tasty and the bartending services was well appreciated. The rooms are modern looking and spacious. We also ordered room service and we got it in a timely manner, well cooked.
The contract and logistics piece leading up to the event was a bit confusing and messy. So for newbies doing contract work, a bit more face to face orientation would have been helpful. Staff were responsive when we had questions. We also felt that there was a lot of flexibility in finding what worked best in our budget. But, if you're organized and keep a communication trail you'll be able to manage the process. You get lots of options with events and the hotel contact does their best to meet your needs.response / report this review -

Went there for the first time. Awesome staff & amazing services. Had the best experience of massage so far in Calgary by Francis. Also, Crystal at the front who made us feel so good throughout & manager Shiffone who went out of her way just to serve us a cup of tea. Definitely definitely recommended.

We booked our wedding reception here and also stayed for the night. Everything was absolutely fantastic! Our catering manager (Angela) was incredibly easy to deal with, answered our emails very quickly and was completely transparent with costs. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The hotel rooms are modern, clean and are a great value. I highly recommend booking an event here or just staying for a few nights if you're looking for a great room without breaking the bank!

Very friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, comfy beds, heated washroom floor was cozy and a very new/updated building with classy decor. The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful and the airport shuttle was nice to have. Overall, it was an absolutely amazing experience and I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stay at the Radisson every time we're in Calgary and it never disappoints. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean I we've never had a problem with noise despite being next to the airport. Would recommend this hotel to anybody

Brand new hotel. Beautifully appointed room. Comfortable bed. Nice washroom. Hot hot tub. Really hot, not tepid like some places I could mention. Worth the $162 Inc tax that we paid for it. Will definitely stay here again.

We arrived to check in and everything went very smooth. The rooms are clean and very modern. The girlfriend is always impressed with how they're decorated and the quality of the furniture vs the room pricing. The view from our room wasn't that great as there seems to be an auto salvage joint right next to it. The airport runways are also nearby but soundproofing made it seem like they were further. We had to be at the airport early(4am) and it seems their driver wasn't very skilled. He drove erratic and misses the departures, having to take the loop twice before we made it to the right gate. Otherwise, great hotel. Would stay again.

Went here for the Sana Spa. Arrived early for check in so we could use the hot tub prior to our massages and relax our muscles a bit. Receptionist wasn't at the desk but we heard her talking to a coworker around the corner so we gently rang the service bell. She didn't come over so after a minute I rang the bell again, still nothing. We waited for a pause in the conversation going on around the corner and rang the bell again, twice this time. She continued to converse with her coworker and ignore the bell. We went up to the front desk upstairs and had to ask a manager to come check us in for our appointment. The receptionist then escorted us to the pool area for us to use the hot tub, I should mention we were not offered a place to store our belongings as advertised online. We carried our bags of clothes, winter coats, and change of footwear into the pool area and had to find several chairs to dump our belongings in. I had called ahead of my appointment and inquired about bathrobes for spa appointments as I did not want to change back into all my layers of winter clothing minutes before my massage just to walk back downstairs and take them off again, I was assured that they were indeed provided when they would escort us to the pool. 5 minutes to our appointment and I could find no robes so I called down to the spa asking for some robes. The receptionist came up, dumped the robes on a nearby chair and left without making eye contact or responding to my "thank you". Already unimpressed, we ended up waiting 15 minutes past our appointment time as one of the massage therapists was busy with another client. When I asked about how this would affect our appointment time, I was told our appointment would be extended the extra 15 minutes accordingly. During the actual massage itself I asked for more pressure to be applied to an area of my back to which the massage therapist replied "I'm not certified to use more pressure, you'll have to book with someone who is qualified next time if you want more pressure". Ridiculous, how would I even have known a MASSAGE THERAPIST wasn't certified to massage me properly when I made my appointment when no option was given for which therapist I would recieve? And to top off my experience, after the massage I continued to lay on the table for several minutes before I got up, took my time getting dressed and then checked the time to find that we I did not received the promised time extension, in fact our appointment ended early even for the original time booked. I will never go back to this facility, and I'd recommend you book elsewhere if this is how the hotel runs for customer service.

This is my 4th time at this place attended an official meeting and training. Meeting rooms has ample space to accommodate from 20 to 50 place. Has all services inside including a restaurant with buffet option, spa, massage therapy and a bar lounge etc., Location is close to airport less than 15 min with lots of parking​.

Service at XS Lounge was spectacular. As for the food, my chicken on the chicken neptune moist and tasty, but the seafood was overcooked. I had cheese that was over done and brown on my stuffed potato. The salmon on the other hand was wild, which was nice. It was overdone from the medium rare that the server advised of. The lemon that came with it was burnt. The chips that were placed on top were stale and unnecessary.
