Close to the airport, but not a walkable mile as there was no clear path. Needed more food options in bouse. Room was clean and a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful

A wonderful hotel. Clean, comfy, great staff, and tasty breakfast. Only downside was the window with blinds that wouldn't shut and the bright spotlights outside I was unable to shutter.

Pros: gym on site is big enough to keep you fit. Plus guest get access to the swimming pool. Breakfast is standard for this network(minimal selection) with a good touch from personal, they keep it freshly made and well served. Rooms are spacious. Cons: no central AC. You get noisy heater/cooler directly in your room. During this stay, I've got the faulty one, which wasn't able to reach a temperature and stop.

Nice Hampton Inn- 10 stories, attached to Homewood Suites. Staff is very friendly and greeted me by name as soon as I arrived. Very clean and comfortable accommodations and relatively spacious rooms! Complimentary Shuttle is convenient to the airport. There are closer hotels but this one is highly recommended.

Facilities were nice, rooms were great! Parking didn't pose a problem. 4am shuttle to the airport made travel easy. Only (small) issue I noticed was that the elevators were limited and slow So we took the stairs when possible.

Very clean. All the staff was very pleasant, including the gentleman operating the shuttle bus, very helpful.
The pool was nice and big plus being able to order food right in the lobby. Breakfast was included so it was a big plus.

Nice hotel, overall amazing. The room was a classic Hilton room, very nice shower heads. No view and the service was decent.

We had a great stay here for one night. This is a new hotel. The room was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable. The reception staff was very courteous and helpful even late in the evening when we checked-in. Complimentary Shuttle service to-and-from the hotel is greatly appreciated (especially if you are travelling on a budget).

Yes agreed, this place is nice and brand new. Its very quiet too. But 5 alarm fire should go off when you see they charge "mandatory" destination and tourism fees of 7%. This is nothing but a cash grab. Hotels are getting away with it because the provincial and federal govt's aren't bothering to crack down on this abusive act to consumers. These fees are not mandatory they are voluntary. Fight the charges. NEVER EVER booking here again. Google " CBC Marketplace tourism fee". Marketplace did an episode reporting the issue in Ontario.

The hotel was comfortable and super clean. I would have given it 5 stars but the clerk who checked us in was not friendly and he mumbled when he spoke. The shuttle service was good as well. The one thing the clerk did do to be helpful was recommend a pizza place that would deliver. Overall, it was pleasant but Gurinder could really use some people skills.

The room I was in didn't have a fridge. A fridge would have been handy. The bed was big and comfy. Make sure you pick a room on the south side. Not much of a view on the north side. There is a free breakfast that was par for the course. I'd stay there again.

We recently flew to Calgary for my Gran's 100th birthday and stayed at this hotel on arrival and on departure. The service and amenities were exceptional and the staff was very friendly, helpful and always smiling. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! The complimentary hot beverages available in the lobby were a lovely little surprise and much appreciated. The breakfast provided from 6am-10am was delicious and had a great variety of fare with something for everyone. I will always be willing to stay with Hampton Inn by Hilton. Thanks for a great travel experience!
