This was one of the nicest customer service experiences I have recently had. Everyone was polite, friendly, and very efficient at their jobs. The man who helped me carefully and thoroughly explained all of my options and didn't make me feel rushed. I will definitely come back here next time I have registry needs.

I've always had. Avery positive experience and their manager Mae has been incredibly helpful and caring for my very complex requests and helped me along every step of the way. Not only makings sure I do everything right, but also helping with timing everything for best effectiveness.

Lousy service by a woman wearing a Hijab. She said my bill of sale wasn't good so I had to go to another registry in the NE and that registry accepted the bill of sale just fine. What a racist woman @ New Urban Registry against a color person. I used to go to this registry all the time. Now I will think twice before I will use them again and give them my hard earned money!!!

Bonjour!
I wish to mention that at this registry I have always received great service from calm, attentive and friendly staff. Today, as one of the employee, Richard, had the key in the door - it was passed the opening hours! - he kindly offered to take care of my registration renewal. Not in a rush manner, but rather with great poise. He was also assisted by a wonderful team.

I've had now two separate and poor interactions with this organization. They have failed to communicate all of the necessary components for pick up of different registrations and as a result I have had to make multiple trips and leave work to accomplish very basic tasks. I was advised over the phone that I would be able to pick up a marriage certificate and I left work to do this as I had time sensitive forms to complete and after leaving work and waiting to be seen I was told that only the ordering person could do that despite what I've been told on the phone 30 minutes earlier . There is inconsistent communication about requirements that vary from visit to visit and it is very frustrating. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere if there's another reasonable alternative to avoid this.

Unbelievably pleasant experience. I came to New Urban Registry to have a vehicle registered that was purchased private sale and had no issues with any of the documentation I provided. The process was smooth and quick and the staff member was very pleasant. I came here after attempting to register the same vehicle at The Licensing Company in Bow Valley Square, if you are debating which registry to go to based on location make the trip to New Urban Registry you will thank yourself in the long run as you won't leave frustrated

Set up my corporation with them. It was easy and only took a few minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They had my minute book ready for pick-up the same day! Some registries take a few days. Will be doing all my registrations thru them from now on.

If you live in or close to Downtown Calgary come here, excellent service and well attended by the staff. Came from BC needed to get paper work done for a car, I purchase here for work. I was in and out feeling great, the gentlemen helping me did everything, it was painless.

I took my class 5 advanced road test in this registry and passed. The examiner was good and I felt comfortable with him. His directions were easy to follow and he didn't make me nervous. I would definitely recommend this registry.

Few tips:
Keep the same lane in dual lane left turn.
Keep an keen eye on uncontrolled intersections as it is easy to see it if you are being careful.
No rolling stops.
Practise parallel parking while also looking behind , hill parking and angle parking.
Don't be agressive in driving. Check for pedestrian crosswalks. After stopping for crosswalk, slowly creep forward to see if it's safe to enter the intersection.
No lane change inside intersection.
Be consistent with shoulder checks.
