The rooms were clean, and I loved that you could park your car close to your room. Even though there is no dining room, it is within walking distance of dining, entertainment, and other stores. It was quiet. The service was great! Shuttle service very accommodating too. I'd stay there again.

We stay overnight for a flight in the early morning. It is a good price and clean with fast shuttle and free parking. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants. The hotel staff is friendly. There is coffee and muffin in the lobby with airport check-in terminal as well. Overall I highhly recommend for quick stay near airport and Richmond area.

Staff and service was exemplary. Room was in pristine condition and had many more amenities than similar hotels I have stayed at in similar price ranges. Things like coffee maker, iron/ironing board, shampoo dispenser, multiple outlets and much more all put this hotel above and beyond other hotels I have stayed at. Would recommend to everyone!

Hotel was okay, just basic, staff were friendly.
Hot tub is in a very small room and you can't stay in there for longer than 5 minuets before your eyes begin to burn out of your head.
THE SHUTTLE IS TERRIBLE!!! Was told every half an hour, sat at YVR for over 45 minuets waiting for the shuttle, notice a shuttle parked on the side of the road for quite sometime (20-30 minuets, but was dark and couldn't tell which shuttle) and then I call the hotel and they say he will be there in one minuet and the bus that was parked for 20-30 minuets down the road turns on and comes to pick us up to top it off the shuttle driver spoke Punjabi on his hands free the whole ride back to the hotel and the shuttle smelt like bunk weed or really bad skunk spray.
If you want to get back to your car that you paid to leave at the hotel for your vacation you are better off to just call a cab and eat the money it will cost you, or better yet, put that extra into a different hotel!

Sadly their shuttle never picked us up from the airport despite being told to expect it. We had to wait another 30 minutes for a taxi, but the hotel did refund us for that which we were grateful for. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and staff gave good service. It felt the same as any other standard hotel.

Room was well maintained and very quiet. Located conveniently near the airport. We did have an issue with the room, but they were able to resolve it to my satisfaction. They even have a machine in the lobby that lets you print your boarding pass.

Great location for large groups and families. Located close to the airport. Several restaurants in the area including the Famous Chopped which is delicious. Hotel staff is nice. Plenty of parking in the area with charter bus parking on street or in the casino parking lot next door. Tons of things to do and plenty to see. Rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing and filling.

Booked online as it stated this was a 3 star hotel, and sadly it is not.
I've stayed in many hotels to know the difference between a hotel and motel, and this place is a 5/5 motel NOT a 3-star hotel. A 3-star hotel is Delta and Ramada, Accent Inns is just not comparable.
If your like an open-air, clean, classy Howard Johnson or Super 8 and pretty flowers, this place is for you. If you want something else like Delta, Ramada, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Hamptons, etc-don't book here.
It has old style fixtures and instead of replacing an old-tiled wall, it was painted over; rust stains in the tub; no deadbolt or door latch on door so anyone can come in and small children can open doors on their own and escape easily; door is accessible to outside world as hallways are not enclosed so anyone can climb the stairs and access rooms. No security on site that I could see. First time I could see, reach and touch the back wall of the top shelf in a closet. Everything is built at the height for petite persons so good luck if you are six feet tall and want to shower or hang your clothes. You feel like your entering a time warp into the 90s where nothing is replaced but is clean and painted over. Staff was not the friendliest, they were tolerably polite.response / report this review -

Reasonably clean in the room as well as surrounding areas. Reasonable price.
Slow check in. 35 minutes not including line up.
We booked for two beds, but was told to have one king size at check-in. When we told them we need two separate beds, the reply we got was all sold out. Finally we got one quee bed plus one sofa bed which they could have offered us at the first place.

Room was clean and spacious enough for my husband, myself and 3 kids. The room service lady was super nice and gave my kiddos rubber ducks for the bath. Best price and we did a lot of research!

Could not complain, was there one night only. Easy to get to from airport, shuttle pick up and drop off (free), good sized beds, with a large room. Reasonable price, not too far from airport, even if you miss shuttle only $20 cab charge.

Had late flight and was able to check in late (3am) . Late check out 2pm, so able to sleep in before heading home. Good friendly staff. Rooms clean at an affordable price

Friendly and helpful staff at check in, room was clean and well kept. If you are needing to sleep in during your stay i recommend requesting a room other than ground floor. The foot traffic from guests can become noisy around check out time
