It's ok it is close to the SkyTrain. Someone puked in the sink so that was gross. The beds aren't super comfortable but location is alright

Convenient location, 6 minute walk to the SkyTrain station and shopping mall. Clean, beds weren't very comfortable but not the worst.

Bring your own toilet paper, it's not provided. The faucet in the bathroom is broken, there's no reception or staff on site. The best thing about this place was the other guests.

As many of the people mention that It's not a backpackers but rent house. There is no reception no free snacks only for rooms and toilet and so on. But If you have less money you'd better choise this one.

Worst place I've ever stayed! The building is very run down and there were old mattresses left stacked out by the house entrance (a basement side door).

Everyone was pleasant, but the general lack of professionalism & efficiency was very dissappointing. Several guests were sent back out in the storm to find an atm to pay (cash only which isn't advertised or communicated to you upon booking). You also have to buy your own toilet paper once your rationed half roll is gone.

Boarding house turned frat house by night. The posted 10am quiet time is a joke! The house didn't quiet down until 4am one night and after midnight another. Not mention the house smelling like vomit the next morning food, drinks and open/empty alcohol containers left throughout the house.

Location was the only thing this place had to offer that was positive.

One of the best experience. I usually don't stay at guesthouses but this place changed my perspective :) During my trip I stayed in a hostel in downtown Vancouver and then here, this was way better in terms of cleanliness and service. Free roadside parking. Best management - very kind and sweet. I had to extend my stay and it was a busy long weekend but they went lengths to help me extend without changing rooms. Met couple of German folks and made few good friends too. I miss this place :)

This is not really a backpackers. Its more of a low rent boarding house. There is little or not atmosphere as it is spread over at least three different properties about 500 meters away from each other. Only worth using as a last resort. Has good access to the Skytrain.
