The building is a little weathered but the rooms are reasonably clean. The beds are comfortable enough. The room did not have air conditioning which was fine but it would have been nice to at least have a fan to blow cool air into the room at night. It does have heat so I'm sure the room is fine in the winter.

The lady at the desk was very nice the rooms didn't have a.c. tho sorta dirty carpets hut bathroom was clean and shower head was the shiz

What a craphole! Booked online sight unseen, and when we drove up, the place looked so crappy. The lower floor rooms are right on the street, with tenants sitting hanging out, smoking this a place hasn't been washed since the 79s, or painted or redecorated

I tried to cancel the booking after seeing how crappy the joint was. They said sure, the cancellation fee is your whole night's stay. We decided to stay, reluctantky. The room wasn't clean, the previous occupant's groceries were still in the fridge, spoiling. No air conditioning, either. The thermostat has "stop turning off the heat" written on it in sharpie.

If you can choose to stay elsewhere, do.

Good service comfortable beds and the price point cant really argue with that.

very dated, although they are doing renos at this writing, but bed was comfy, fairly quiet and the price was right. Good for an overnight.

Not expensive, but our four-year-old found an old sock under one bed, there were pizza poppers still in the freezer of the kitchenette and an open bag of granola. I would have traded some of that for more than one glass, and clean ones, if possible.

Fair place to stay. Looks dirty from the outside but rooms are clean and ours was spacious. Cheap and perfect "downtown" spot !

Good hotel in squamish. Everywhere was filled up the night we stayed at. Owners really showed they took pride in their building. Kept it clean and provided a nice place to stay for the evening. Within a block of 2 bars in town which is nice.

Some people may complain about the outdated look of the inn, and there were some stains on the bathroom ceiling from water as the ceiling tiles but honestly? The sheets and towels were clean, the pillows were soft, the WiFi was fast and the hot water was on demand. I stayed the one night and just needed a place to sleep, and while the bed was a bit hard on my back the August Jack was perfect for my needs. The owner was really nice, even offered to give me a discount if I needed to come back that night. Reasonable rates for a room with a kitchenette in it too I thought.
