Very nice place for the price. Love the location. The staff. The parking. And most of all the beautifully renovated bathrooms.

Great location, been here while my partner works. Little loud, able to hear people upstairs and in room next to us. Was recently renovated so nice rooms nice washroom. For the price we paid it was a great experience

Im not sure how they secured a 4 star review, as I believe they are a solid two star hotel for the following reasons:
You are unable to lock the room from the inside- dead bolts have changed so they do not lock.
    No phone in rooms
    No hair dryer in rooms
Paint peeling from walls under window, carpet pulling up at seams at bathroom.

customer service was great, but I'm glad we didn't spend much time in the room.

Overall a good stay. Free parking was a nice perk. One of the beds we had was a lot more firm than expected, but the other two beds were good.

A very cheap hotel with decent rooms. Rooms are fairly clean, but is obvious that who ever did the renovations did a cheap poor job. Carpet is separated from the floor in places, paint peels off the walls with a scratch of a finger nail. The hotel staff is very nice, and for the price this hotel is a very reasonable, a good choice if your are trying to save money. Minus the cheap renovations, the limited parking space, and is hard to find at first glance, I would stay here again.

It was a little hard to find, it's kinda tucked away and not an obvious hotel type setting from the street. Even if you use a credit card they still charge a 200$ deposit on top of the room charge for potential damages. It's returned if the room is clean but can take 3- 5 days to get back on the card. Parking is free, so that's nice. It's close to a grocery store and lots if little restaurants. Price was fair for the area. Front desk was friendly. Rooms are pretty nice, you can tell it's been renovated. Not a bad place to stay.

Stayed here for a week. What should be two nights unfortunately ended as a week long stay. Front Desk Lady EXTREMELY helpful in accommodating my extended stay. Rates are decent, service is quick and, most importantly, rooms are very clean. You get all you could get from the big chain hotel for a fraction of a price. Recommended.

Wonderful staff, they are very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean the only complaint was tv wasn't working. Not a big deal and they made sure I was taken care of. Quiet room, cozy and felt comfortable the rate was also excellent.

The rooms were clean and well appointed. The location was ideally located near a grocery store, a Starbucks and multiple restaurants. My only complaints were the strange, rushing water sounds in the wall; like a bathtub was always draining (maybe we were near the laundry?) and there was no telephone in the room.

I remember this hotel from 10 years ago when it was the palms hotel. The lamps was a absolute dive, with cockroaches, bandaids on the walls and escorts outside the window. The delux completely 100% turned that around. The interior is mediocre but the rooms are immaculate. New flooring, furniture and thr bathroom feels like a Sheraton bathroom. I gave this place a 4 star be ause when I looked under the bed, you can tell it hasn't been cleaned for a while, there was a plastic plate with bread and berries under one bed, the heater didn't work and the flush of the toilet was a hit or miss. All in all I will be choosing this hotel on my next stay. The price is awesome, the parking is good, the rooms are great and the staff are more than accommodating. Props to the person who took this dump over and made it into a very good stay.

    Clean, little loud. Newly renovated.

5 minute drive from the metropolitan mall and about 20 minutes from downtown.

Parking is a little tight. A small car is recommended but we saw a Ram 3500 and a Ford super duty. Rooms were fairly sized with adequate towels, bedsheets, etc. All rooms feature a TV and AC. TV has more than enough channels and the AC is great for summer days (Which was when we visited).

    Summary:

-No breakfast. However, there is a Tim's down the street.
-Good Wifi. Probably the best I've ever had in a hotel.
-Clean rooms. Fresh sheets, clean counters & carpets.
-A little loud. It's on a main road so if you get a room in the front expect a little bit of road noise.
-AC & TV. Both very good and nice to have.
-Free parking. Especially great in Vancouver. A little tight but easy enough.
-No elevator or accessibility features. From the main level to the rooms there is no elevator, just stairs. If you're in a wheelchair or if you have problems with stairs, this is not the hotel for you.
-Close to everything. The metropolitan mall is about 5 minutes away (great mall with everything). Also really close to downtown (about a 20 minute drive with normal traffic). Also close to a few breakfast places and a panago if you're in need of a quick bite to eat.
