We went her for a Christmas party for my wife's work. The room that We had was nice and tasteful. The food was really good and tasty. We had a good meal and a good time.

Good location close to shops and entertainment in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Friendly and curtious staff. The rooms have a great layout with modern furnishings. Overall it was a really nice place to stay.

A bit hard to get to. Overall the hotel is relatively clean and new. Only walked thru the lobby to get to a banquet room for a birthday which was catered by moxie. Food was good and the rooms were clean.

I attended a dealer meeting in one of Sandman's conference rooms. The hotel staff were very accommodating in making sure that we had the necessary coffee or juice or water to make our stay more comfortable. As it would happen, I came back to the hotel later that night to book a room for this weekend. The front desk staff were exceptional and he took very good care of making sure my booking, and the payment, we're handled with the utmost of professionalism. I would like to say thank you to Amanda who took care of me over the phone, and Daniel who was at the front desk that evening.

The location was great and close to the highway. Rooms were spacious and very functional with the kitchenette feature. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was okay, but got the job done.

Great hotel, clean, friendly service and the attached Moxies is a good fit for dinners and lunches. This location has a rooftop patio that was pleasantly surprising. I recommend staying at this location.

Great hotel. Here for a baseball tournament, room was perfect. Just off the highway, easy access to all services. The suite had enough dishes and kitchen to supplies that we could make our own breakfasts and lunches all weekend. No breakfast provided, which is unfortunate, but the kitchenette mostly made up for it. Quiet room, even though we were facing the highway. Even had a washer and dryer in the room! Would definitely recommend.

Extremely disappointed in our experience with this hotel on March 17th 2017. We have booked in the past, 1 year ago, and did not have any issues but this year was a different story. Last year the rooms were clean and everything looked pretty much brand new. This is why I wanted to book there again. But this year was a different story. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the bathroom was not cleared well, found dirt around the tub and stains on walls and floor. Also noticed a few stains on the walls but the worst of all was what we found around in the room around the jacuzzi tub. For a $200 a night, king room, we found bugs all over the jacuzzi tub area. To say the least we were disgusted and pretty much ran out of that room and talked with the front desk staff that checked us in. I showed him the video I had taken of the bugs and he said nothing, just suggested to show us another room. We let him show us another room, trying to stay optimistic, we wanted a place to sleep for the night and all, and as he stood next to us, as we inspected this new room, once again we found bugs all round the jacuzzi tub area. I was once again disgusted(and to be honest a bit freaked out) and his only response was to show us another room. My husband and I sat down and discussed it but decided not to see another room. I was a bit disappointed to not even hear or see a manager at this point and still even at this time was only dealing with the front desk staff. Why would a manger not even come out and talk to us about this situation? Do they really not care there are bugs in there rooms? When I asked him what he thought about these bugs, he just kept silent and shrugged. Then I said to him, well these bugs did not just come out for us! They must be in other rooms.. ? To this he responded, All people are different. To that I said to him, what do you mean? They don't mind the bugs? And he said, well, all people are different, they might just not notice them. I was speechless!! Needless to say, We got a refund and left with no room for the night. My husband and I were extremely disappointed by this experience. I would honestly ever go back to this hotel unless they proved to me the bugs were gone.

Decent. Gym and pool were smaller than we hoped, but did the job. Way too many little kids but you can't really choose your neighbours. Moxie's was a let down, don't get anything too diverse, for instance fish tacos How do you make bad tacos? Overpriced.

Location is fine, a little difficult to get to because it's on the side that no other hotels are. Damage deposit amount is much too high. The was about 4 sports teams here that we running around the halls and loud. Parking is pretty terrible. Rooms are okay. Asked for a 2 bed room, got a bed and a pull out couch bed.

The hotel was a pleasure to stay at. All of the staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and everything in the room worked as it should. The restaurant was good as well, but very difficult and confusing to reach. Would definitely stay again.
