I was happy with VI Honda's customer service when I bought my motorcycle. It made having a motorcycle easy. It was also a pleasure working with them to sell my motorcycle; they were fast, reasonable, and again, had great customer service.

I appreciated being given a written Buyers Order when I first contacted Tony Orlando. Despite some interim discussions, eventually he and the Owner, acknowledge the Order and I was able to buy the motorcycle that I had selected. Honesty always pays!

Very pleased with the service and attention to details. When purchasing the staff was knowledgeable and really took the time to go above and beyond. When we had service done we got our bike back and it ran and looked like new. The service guys definitely know there stuff and get to the point, quick and very thorough. Thanks we will be returning!!

These guys were great, especially the guy at the accessories counter. I bought a phone mount for my handle bars and at first I thought it was slightly expensive, but then the guy came out and installed it for me! When I needed to put the bike back onto my truck several days later, the same guy came out and helped me and let me use the store ramp. Great service, I beleive his name was Tyler, he was an Alberta transplant. Thanks again!! Highly recommended!

Picked up a new to me bike a couple weeks ago and love it. Had a great experience dealing with Tony, Norm, & Tyler. Will for sure go back if I am ever in the market for another bike or other power sport equipment. Was really hoping Tony would have sung a few bars of Tie a Yellow Ribbon maybe next time :)

Excellent service from VI Honda. I recently visited Nanaimo and wanted to take an Africa Twin for a test ride. Alicia allowed me to take their demo Africa Twin out even though I told her beforehand I am not looking at buying a bike. It was such a good experience that I now own one, even though I bought it in Alberta since that is where I live. Thank you VI Honda and especially to Alicia!

I recently purchased a beautiful Honda Giorno 49cc scooter - my first powered two wheeler ever! Alicia and her coworkers were more than happy to show me my options (considered a Ruckus as well) and spent a couple of evenings letting me sit in the dealership and mull things over. I had so much fun and could not be happier! This 52 year old first timer never felt silly or intimidated - everyone was lovely. Thanks to Tyler for getting me outfitted in a great helmet and a very cool riding jacket that I feel safe and comfortable in. Wonderful experience all around!

A month ago I went in to VI Honda for 2 reasons, 1. I needed a bigger bike, 2. There were some deals happening on a bike I was interested in. I was lucky enough to have Tony as my sales guru, who quickly made me feel comfortable and at ease while sharing some stellar jokes and stories. Tony's focus was to make sure the bike I chose was the best fit for me in all aspects, and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase. The whole process was amazing from looking to test ride to purchase, and I owe that all to Tony. You rock!

Good shop, nice salespeople, not pushy and very accommodating when it comes to motorcycle sales and service. A good, constantly updated selection of used bikes and they seem to often have the latest new bikes in as well.

Best customer service on Vancouver Island, bar none. Jerry, Logan and Tyler in the parts department went above and beyond any and all expectations I had when coming in for just an oil filter. I will be a repeat customer for sure. I really appreciate their loyalty rewards program, power bucks. I felt that my business was appreciated and will continue to use VI Honda as my primary source for anything powersports related.

I just purchased 4 Brand New Honda Dirt Bikes for the family. We got 2 x 50CC Bikes for a 6 and 3 year old, a 125CC for the wife and I got myself a 250CC. All for a family that has never ridden before but was looking for a new family past time! Tony Orlando was the Sales Professional who helped us out. Coming from the world of Sales and Customer Service I must say I was blown away by Tony's level of service.HE WAS AWESOME! and I rarely say that about sales support I get, usually because it is not very good else where. Tony was great with my kids and wife and really helped get us into bikes we needed, not wanted! Thanks VI Honda we are very HAPPY BIKERS!
