  Very happy, went in for a dress shoe, found one I liked which was on sale for 30 percent off, but the girl at the counter offered an extra ten percent. Great experience!

  Cheap shoes from good brands. I think some shoes are used but they are heavily discounted so totally worth checking out. Bought a pair if dress shoes 70% off , and it only had one minor scratch so no big deal. New inventory every two weeks as well. Easily accessible by transit.

  They have A LOT of stock and you can usually find a great deal in the clearance section. Central location. Would have been a 5 star, but way too many items in clearance didn't have prices and you had to take them all the way downstairs to the checkout to find out what they cost.

  Went in hoping to check if they had a particular shoe in stock. I wanted to find a style of Birkenstock with leather uppers. When I asked she told me they were all leather. When I showed her she continued to insist that I just had no idea what I was talking about. I decided not to make a scene but did my own sleuthing and found a tag inside telling me that the new sandals this year are indeed made with synthetic uppers. She was so condescending when we were just trying to get some help. What a horrible experience.
  
  Also, all other stores we went to asking the same question knew that the new shoes weren't leather. Maybe they need more product training here.

  Wide assortment for all your basic shoe needs. 4 starts is mostly for service through; the first time I went, I didn't feel particularly welcome, but the second time I did (using the coupon I got from the first visit) and they even let me in 5-10 minutes before closing! Thank you employees, this reading is for you!

  Rushed from across town and made it ten minutes before close but the doors were already locked. Employees stood at the counter and just looked at me blankly. I'm not one to keep a store open past it's closing time by any means and knew exactly what I wanted. Just lost out on a $250 purchase.

  Best shoes store in Toronto so far as i tried most of them. Bought my white Nike running shoes today very good quality and acceptable price for the brand.
  The customer service/cashier lady was very helpfull and has a gorgeous smiley face. Highly recommended. Thank you !
