Elegant Boutique Hotel. My room was quite spacious, and the décor/reno was elegant, plush, if a little old school (though in excellent condition, no noticeable wear and tear). The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was of good size and well designed. The Wifi in the room worked quite well. Overall, a comfortable and functional space. The front desk staff members were helpful, courteous and efficient. Overall, a very excellent stay.

Great location within a 5 minute walk of the conference center near the empress. Quiet and very reasonable price. Staff is friendly. Room pleasant with a fireplace inside.

Decent hotel with friendly staff and good wifi. It does not look very nice from the outside but the interior is actually pretty nice. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all you need. The breakfast is not very good though.

What a great experience, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They will work to get you what you need, from planning tourist destinations to finding where to go for dinner. Glad to have the chance to stay here for work!

Sent girlfriend, came back happy. Felt like she was the only one there and they were only there to help her. "Everything is what she wanted. Hands massage was amazing"

Very comfortable rooms but a little warm. Haven't used room service or gone to the restaurant. The hotel is in a great location with restaurants within walking distance

We stayed at the Magnolia Hotel and Spa for one night and were delighted when we were informed that we were able to receive a complementary upgrade to a better room. We found the room very nice and clean and our overall stay and interactions with the staff were both excellent.

Rooms were very clean, front desk staff was friendly and professional. Turndown service was included and there was a stocked fridge and snack tray in the room. Very happy with my stay.

4th time staying at this hotel and that should tell you something! This is a beautiful hotel, with gorgeous, cozy rooms and super friendly staff. Everything is within walking distance too. I feel like home each time we stay and now we make special trips to the island just so we can stay at the Magnolia!
