Nice eco-friendly hotel on north side of Robson. Within walking distance to shopping center and not far from Stanley Park (it was pouring rain so we drove to Aquarium). We were lucky enough to be on 6th floor in room with a balcony and great views. They offer valet parking and a little wine social hour in the early evening. They also have filtered water taps on each floor One carbonated and one sans gas!

Stayed 2 nights with my family of 4. Had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, big and nice. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is in a great location near shopping and good food. Highly recommend this hotel.

So, this is our third time there, without question the most underrated hotel in Vancouver. Easy access to shopping, dining, or atttractions. As usual, friendly and helpful staff catering to every need. Had a couple snafus this time, one being a leaking toilet onto floor causing puddles and non working house phone. Phone fixed right away, but took two times to get toilet right, and a little complaining about water on tile floor, got us a 25% discount to make it right. Another nice trip, and recommend to our friends.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are nice and contain first nations artworks. Staff was extremely helpful, in particular Nikki, on the of concierges gave us very helpful tips and was in general of great help to us.

Our room here is lovely. Spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and can't do enough for the guests. We've heard absolutely no noise from other rooms and the location is perfect - in a slightly quieter part of West End but near enough to everything to be convenient

All of the front desk staff is super friendly & welcoming. They accommodated both of our special requests. The room was comfortable, nice size & clean. We enjoyed the artwork in the hotel & how wonderfully eco-conscious the hotel is! The staff helped us with local recommendations & arranging a taxi for our group (& all our luggage) on the last day of our stay. The location on Robson St. is a short walk from Vancouver Art Museum & a Hop-on/Hop-off bus stop. Plus, the street itself had fantastic shops & restaurants! I will be staying here whenever I am visiting Vancouver! The breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Forage, was not included in the room price- but is all local/house made & so exquisitely presented, fresh & delicious! It is very much worth the extra $.

One of my favorite all-time hotels. Real art in every room and thematic rooms. What also stands out is the truly excellent staff who really go beyond their duty to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast in the attached restaurant 'Forage' was beautiful and really good. Nice amenities, like free sparkling water. Good view from my room and reasonably quiet, while smack dab in the middle of town.

In terms of service and food, the Listel is excellent. However, in terms of meeting spaces, it's lacking. There weren't enough restrooms and the room we were in was quite cramped for almost 80 people. We made it work, but if our organisation adds a few more staff, we'll need to find another hotel for or meetings. In short, it's great but small.

Good customer service. Nice place to stay in for a bit. Very clean bathrooms. Their receptionist are very professional. What I loved the most it the 5-6pm free daily wine at the lobby

The Listel Hotel treated me like an honored guest; we stayed in a beautiful gallery suite and the staff brought us a French Press of tasty dark coffee; my wife said the tea was great.
The room was big, the bed was so comfy, and the deep broad bathtub was nice to soak into. We will definitely come back again.response / report this review -

Clean, amazing service. Best service I've ever had at a hotel. Drain wasn't working so they got a plumber in immediately to fix. Beds are comfy and tubs nice and deep. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Green hotel! No waste created from the rooms Which is pretty amazing. The location was excellent, room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
