Great hotel. It is well located and the room are clean. The lobby look fabulous and the employee gave good service. They also offer breakfasts in the lobby but it's not included with the room I had.

We stayed here for about a week while visiting. The staff were very friendly and at the time the hotel was going through a renovation so it was a bit of a mess. The location was great and it was easy to get to downtown via walking and transit but be prepared to wear comfortable shoes. The pool was strange but we still managed to use it while we were there. Overall it was a decent stay and we would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, clean for the most part except for the shower. Caulking was gross..pink. otherwise the room was lovely, quiet and the views of downtown were great. Super accessible to everything, walking distance to so much !

Lobby was nice. Amenities were fairly dated. Although the washrooms were clean, the sinks were low. Location of the hotel was definitely a huge con. Would not want to attend an event there again

Overall a very pleasant stay. Stayed in both the standard and executive rooms and they were both large with a king size bed and a sofa. Service at the counter was professional and courteous.
Location was great only steps away to Davie Village and a short walk to Yaletown and the sky train.
The only drawback is that the building is quite old, and the elevators, corridors, and washrooms show signs of age.
I would definitely stay here again.

Nice indoor pool, comfortable room. Bathroom was a little small but having the sink separate made it easy for a family to share. Convenient location downtown with lots of great restaurants within steps.

Clean holiday inn. Stayed as a guest at the executive suite. The room was good but had a tiny washroom area. Lots of peripheral for USB plug ins. Great location and very able staff. Weird parking garage tho as there is two of them. You might get confused which one you are at.

This hotel was booked by work for me. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The stave were warm and welcoming. The room was very clean and had all of the amenities I had hoped for. There is even a small pool at this hotel (I'll have to bring a swim suit for my next stay). Overall it was a very positive experience and I look forward to my next opportunity to stay there.

This hotel has always beat my expectations of a busy hotel in a downtown core. Rooms were spotless, perfect location to walk to events, restaurants and social outings. Front Desk Clerk Sarah made my stay. Very pleasant to deal with and always smiling. Thank you Sarah and the Holiday Inn staff. 5 stars stay
    Cheers :-)

Hotel was nice and we had a very quick check-in. Just a block away from Megabite Pizza. We would stay again.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in downtown Vancouver over spring break. The lobby is undergoing renovation but there was no construction noise in the rooms. It was very clean and the housekeeping staff were friendly. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating.
The location is in walking distance of many restaurants. It was easy to use the bus system to get to Stanley Park and Granville Island (you can buy a daylong Compass Pass at local drugstores).
The pool was clean and warm. It got deep very quickly but the kids did not seem to mind.
We will stay there again. Great hotel for the price.

Nice hotel. Gave me more bed than I needed on this business trip which was nice I guess but it felt like a waste. I would stare at the other bed on which I have meticulously assembled my travel clothes and the hotel pillows in the shape of a human person and think about the choices I have made in life 4:30am in the morning because jet lag is God's most cruel prank. Google opinion rewards is paying me $0.8 to write this review so I'm taking a star off because I don't take kindly to bribery but I'm taking the money anyway. You never know in this economy

We booked our room through a discount booking agency so we were really please that our email request for one bed, rather than a room crowded with unneeded beds, and a view if possible, was heeded. The room was clean with updated decor, and had a great view of the city. The bed and linens were very nice. We loved the deep saltwater pool (3 meters). The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was being renovated so that made for some difficulties getting upstairs, and my only complaint is that the elevators are rather small and slow. It's a good thing we were on vacation and there was no rush. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel shows its age in some spots. Bed was comfortable. This is a "value" hotel. It's a bit cheaper than others in the area, and probably one of the nicer of these lower end hotels downtown Vancouver. We are a family of 5 and we were able to get a room with two double beds and a single bed, perfect for us. I would stay again if I had to.
