  Just had a Palliser couch and love seat delivered after waiting the allotted 6 weeks. The items are leather and are simply fantastic. The two delivery gentlemen named Mark and Darryl were professional and polite. They both introduced themselves and shook my hand. They took great care to cover the floor and removed any potential obstacles. They had to remove the old Ashley furniture before bringing in the new stuff. I highly recommend the salesman Dan and the delivery guys. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience.

  I ordered my very first 100% leather Palliser couch & loveseat. I just love it! I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks delivery & it was ready in 4 weeks. Customer service & delivery was very professional. Check out Furniture Villa Brandsource, you won't be disappointed!!

  I love shopping at Furniture Villa. In the end, I think every room in our house has something that was purchased from Furniture Villa. When I tell them what I'm looking for, they always find something. If they don't have on floor, they send me to websites to check-out. Prices are always competitive if not the lowest. When we've had an issue, products were replaced or fixed without a fuss.

  A breath of fresh air! After dealing with a lot of other furniture & appliance stores in Winnipeg I was very relieved to find Furniture Villa. We had an excellent sales person, no high pressure B.S. , just helpful and pleasant. The guys that did our delivery were just as good, professional, polite and all around just nice people. We are super happy with the new furniture and the service we received.

  Unprofessional delivery guy>
  The sales woman who sold me my washer and dryer set was relatively nice. She assured me the set would be delivered and installed. I double checked with her and she said it would be installed and ready to use after the delivery guys left.
  Unfortunately that was not the case! The two delivery men refused to install the washer until I got her on the phone. The one guy was extremely rude and very unprofessional, he was angry at me when I was under the assumption provided by the sales staff talk about mis communication. I would be embarrassed to have him work for me. At one point he called me downstairs by saying to his co worker "get that girl down here, whats her name!".
  They didn't even turn the button ON/plug it in to see if both the washer and dryer operate. He left in such a huff that he forgot his tools and had to come back later. I spoke to the sales woman and she was not very helpful or understanding. She told me the manager would contact me but I received no call. Guess they don't really care.
  I will NEVER purchase anything from here again, very different from other appliance/furniture companies who actually make sure to plug the appliance in, not just drop and run.
  Terrible experience!
