What an amazing experience I had here. Chris helped me to find the perfect gear for the ski season. He was very knowledgable, easy going and recommended the most amazing gear for me. I would highly recommend West Coast Sports to anyone looking for ski or snowboard equipment. Chris, thanks for your help! The Elan Ripsticks and Tecnica boots are outstanding!!

The sales staff are incredibly knowledgeable and all seem passionate about their place of work. I received great service and felt respected, especially by the beautiful young man that assisted me with my skis and boot fittings. I highly recommend.

The Store Manager was a shame, the way he treats the clients was unbelievable.
We were doing some confusion with other store that has a close name and he just talked to us like we were stupid.
You need to learn how to deal with clients.
    Very disappointed!

How can this store have a manager like that? Such a rude guy, no posture, without any consideration for the costumer, especially someone that spent some dollars in his store. The way he talked was incredible! I asked a question about a previous buy at the store and he didn’t get it and started talking bad and aggressive. I confused his store with another, normal because both stores have close names, he could just said it wasn’t in this store and I was probably making some confusion. But he decided to be stupid and unprofessional. First and last time at this store!

Amazing shop and product. The staff in the store the most recent years have been excellent. Very knowledgeable and they will find you the right gear and give you the right advice. Highly recommend.
    Check them out this winter!

“WHY? Are you planning to buy something then return it?? We aren’t just going to rent this stuff to you, you know? This isn’t a rental shop.” – said with a straight face and a dead serious stare.

That was the response I got from the manager after I asked about the store’s return policy. I literally asked, “Hey, excuse me. (He was looking down at his phone behind the counter) What is your store’s return policy?” Notice how at no part of that question did I ask if I could have some fun with the store’s products, beat it up on the mountains, then return it. But I guess he was certain I was planning to do that. My question was a fairly standard customer inquiry. Rather odd for the manager to make such standoffish assumptions about his customers.

The Boardroom and Comor Sports are a couple of minutes down the street. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that values your patronage. That’s the least you deserve for spending your money.

This store won’t be getting my business. Not that the manager would care. lol

Customer service and after sales support is a disgrace. I bought high end touring boots, skis and binding there. The boots completely blew out after 4 ski days. I brought them in for a refund/exchange and was told "This isn't our problem" by the staff. "You need to build a case, take photos and email them to us and then maybe we can help" The staff then snapped at me "Don't look at me like that" repeated the email line slower and louder then walked away. I got in touch with the manufacturer and they had no problems returning and exchanging the boot. I wrote the owner an email and after a week and a half from when I brought the boots in he wrote me back a one line email to return the boots. When I brought them in the owner looked at the boots, told a staff to refund them and turned around. No eye contact, no apology for how the situation was handled, no interaction period. I will never buy anything from this store again, if you can't treat your customers properly there are plenty of other retailers that will.
    Do not shop here.

After my order wasn't actually in stock Kirk called me immediately and worked out an unbeatable deal. Skis arrived in 2 days with express post. Solid experience, definitely would recommend.

Amazing service. Visited this store 3 times before finally pulling the trigger. Got help from different people every time and they were always happy to answer my questions and share their love of the sport. Ended up trying on 6 pairs of boots looking for a perfect fit and the sales member didn't get frustrated with me at all. Couldn't have had a better experience. Kudos to your sales team.
