Few days ago I was in and it is a Very uncomfortable place, a girl there very snobbish attitude and dramatic eyelashes. When she notice I'm not gonna buy anything that day, she dropped me to help other "rich looking " ppl.
first, I never see high end brand SA with such heavy makeup and her hair was half black half purple, feels like a night club girl, it was already uncomfortable approaching. Secondly, I feel I didn't dress properly so she didn't bother to offer help. Ridiculous!!!
Gucci should hire more mature and elegant lady with professional attitude knows true CUSTOMER SERVICE, not a young clubbing girl!

very good~ i bought gucci sneakers there and staff were good in helping me choose. i also wanted to buy a couple t-shirts, but they told me they were sold out and there was a waiting list. :(

Very bad customer service. I am a usual customer and was interested in a pair of shoe as they didn't carry my size they were supposed to request it to be shipped form Toronto, after 2 months of calling them back and forth and reminding them, I was told that they forgot and didn't have any information on.Very rude at the end .

Bought a black Gucci hoodie; quality stands out. The hoodie feels as if it was made to last, just like other luxury products. Gucci goes above and beyond and satisfies customers with great service product quality and pricing. Others may view the price as a little high and I can see why. When buying Gucci, a responsible decision is to purchase an item you will wear or use for a long time. The price is there for quality, experience, and durability. Great atmosphere.

Katerina is the most helpful and truly wonderful selling supervisor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She went above and beyond to help me find a bag and shoes and catered to my every need. She was extremely knowledgable, genuine and thoughtful. All of my future Gucci purchases I will be handling specifically with her. Words cannot express how highly I recommend her. She made my shopping experience absolutely wonderful and she really makes every customer feel valued.

Very poor quality service for such a name brand store. Called them twice to tell them my issue with a belt as it ripped slightly by the buckle hole and both times they told me to bring it in and they will send it in for repair. I drove all the way to Vancouver only to find out my belt is irreparable. Secondly the quality of their product priced at $400 is terrible. I do not recommend Gucci if your are looking for a good quality designer brand. If they really wanted to help me I truly believe something could have been done about this issue.

Not sure why others reviews depict the service as poor here. I went there last week to buy a wallet, and the lady that accommodated me was very helpful and easy to talk to. She picked out the best wallet for me and showed me the other products in the store. Overall, it was a very good shopping experience.

Extremely poor customer service. I went to this store to get embossing done on my card case. Firstly, they ask for 3 days to do the embossing. It never takes more than a day. Gucci stores at other location such as Dubai or New Delhi usually take few hours.
Adding some more trouble to this is that they call me on the day of pickup, letting me know that the embossing didn't go well.
Now, they have to order the same case from Toronto or Montreal and it will take a week or two. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED 😔
They didn't sound sorry or even apologized.

We have spent heaps this location and customer service has always been amazing until last week! Staff don't have any knowledge of any of the products and literally just staring at her phone. We bought at LV instead. 😆

***Gucci - please hire appropiate and well trained staff on products, customer experience and def customer engagement ;)

I walked into this store with my teenage daughter on the 12th of August for an enquiry and will never be back there again.We saw a petite smartly dressed lady with false eyelashes standing by a desk, she was on her phone constantly and so we assumed she was a customer until my daughter drew my attention to her badge. I asked if she worked at the store and she replied in the affirmative. I then asked if they sold cleaning solution for my gucci canvas boston bag, she said no and was constantly on her phone this whole time, that they do not supply cleaning products and i should look for professionals to do it, i then asked if she knew any of which she said no.She was so disrespectful , unhelpful and abrupt during the entire conversation and on her cell phone .We walked out that store very appalled by their customer service. I am a collector of vintage designer bags but Gucci will NEVER be one of them again.
