I have now bought two cars here. Probably the best dealership in the lower mainland. If carlsberg did salesmen, Greg Ginter would be the one. Sean the branch manager was on top of things. Would be very happy to recommend budget to a friend, and look forward to working with the team in 2018.

Budget got my husband and I the financing we needed on the car we wanted on the same day within literal minutes, where as other dealerships took days and strung us along. The salesman and the finance manager made us feel like a priority and we left very happy.

I was greeted by a friendly fellow who wanted to help right away, assisted with a test drive right away, and introduced us to a finance agent right away. Everything happened faster than I expected with better results than I could have dreamed. Go to this dealership if you deserve the best!

My experience with Budget Car Sales was very pleasant. James, my salesperson, was very prompt with his replies and helpful. He took the time to explain everything and encouraged me, even after the purchase, to contact him if I had any concerns or questions.
I found the staff very welcoming and attentive.

My experience today with Kelly the Service Supervisor and Terry the Technician was amazing, for the 1st time I felt comfortable in knowing I was going to be treated with respect. Many women face being taken advantage of with mechanics . As we do not have the knowledge in regards to mechanical issues. I had a problem with my ABS & 4WD system on my truck - it would make knocking sounds when i pressed the breaks and warning alarm would go off. After 3 days of driving it that way I found Kelly on the web site. He knew exactly what the issue was an told me to come by any time. Ford was booked solid as were a few other places. But i wanted an establishment that knew what they were doing and not take me to the cleaners while doing the job. Thank you Kelly & Terry for your humor, understanding ,professionalism and great conversation. You took the time to show me the problem and explain the issue and the solution. You have a new customer for sure and a walking advertisement. As they say word of mouth is the best advertising- priceless? Thank -you

The people who work here are highly competent professionals (a surprisingly rare thing in the car sales business). My wife and I had an excellent car buying experience, the staff went the extra mile to take care of any little issues we had through the car testing-out and buying process. We're definitely coming back here to buy our next car.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've had. Here I met professionals who I wanted to work with. I was well-looked after by Lionel, Derrick and Shawn. They found the perfect fit for my needs and budget, and were easy to deal with. From the Sales team to Tim, to Aaron in insurance, I encountered a friendly cohesive bunch! No wonder the staff speak so highly about working for Budget Car Sales. Without hesitation I would recommend Budget Car Sales and will return for my next purchase!

Buget Car Sales was great! The professionalism of the company is outstanding, and their client service was excellent! They have a wide selection of cars, in outstanding condition. We had a fantastic experience with Budget car sales! We visited a couple of other car dealerships prior to Budget , one of them felt like a stereotypical car sales place, you walk in the door and they are like vultures swarming their next prey. We had seen the car we wanted on the Budget car sales website so we texted ahead and when we got there, we were met outside by Kip. He was really friendly but professional and not at all pushy. We also dealt with Nicole, Tim and Sheldon. They were all very nice and made sure we got the best deal and left happy with our new vehicle, which we were! Highly recommend Budget car sales in Vancouver!

Budget car sales was awesome. They welcomed me and my family warmly and helped me get my first car. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Going through financing was a breeze and the business manager explained things clearly and professionally. Would definitely recommend budget car sales to anyone and to students who are on a budget. You'd most likely find your car in their lot and have a friendly staff help you out. Great deals, great place.
