Welcomed pleasantly by the front end staff, efficient and friendly with the bonus of early check in. Ocean front suite was spacious, and well designed. Full kitchen was well equipped, we tried to find what was missing, but could not. Happy yo be going back soon!

We had an ocean front suite which was amazing! The layout was like a small apartment complete with full kitchen and washer and dryer, a guest bath and full ensuite and patio. The price was unbelievably reasonable. Many single hotel rooms elsewhere cost more than these suites. It was wonderful to take my morning coffee and watch the ocean from the huge picture window in the living room. The rooms were very clean and modern.
The hotel staff was very friendly and professional and the restaurant was excellent! I also enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub.
My only regret is that I don't live at the hotel!

We find the Beach Club, “Awesome”!!
Water is our relaxation language and the Beach Club has it all!!
My wife and I find the one bedroom ocean view our choice! If someone wants alone time or a nap, this suite works excellent. Plus both rooms have an amazing view!
The kitchen is well stocked with utensils so you can eat in if you wish. We do breakfast and lunch in and dinners out!
    Nice and quiet!!
    We will return!

Overall we had a very good experience. I highly recommend to book a room with the beach view. Some rooms have really bad views of the roof which I don't recommend for long stays. The staff were very polite and helpful. The manager John was very cooperative and helpful too. Comfortable beds, clean well appointed rooms, direct access to the beach, a pool, a beach front restaurant and free bikes to rent were all the positives of this hotel. Do try the steaks at their restaurant, it's the best I have had in BC so far! Housekeeping did take some time to get the rooms done each day, I presume this was due to the high occupancy and the elevator. There is only one elevator for guests and staff to use which really does slow down the housekeeping service during day time.

The room 230 in the west wing was incredibly hot come mid afternoon, even the AC could not work through it. This was tough since we had a small child that needed a midday nap still. The location is beautiful and the hotel is well maintained. We had one issue with our 3 year old finding a previous guests dirty thong underwear underneath one of the queen beds, this upset us as that was pretty disgusting. We were compensated with free breakfast for our stay. However I would have preferred a room change as no one came to clean after the finding.

The breakfast was very good each morning, we had chosen the breakfast package upon booking. The view is amazing and servers were lovely.

Overall a pretty good stay. This is our second visit.

-The service was excellent.-When my daughter sent me back after she left to search her room for her "face Tool". the Staff was kind and patient with us. Adam went back to look again and again when my daughter thought it was specifically in the shower not just the bathroom. Thanks to Adam for that. He also refused to take my tip for that service voicing that it was his job.
-The rooms were clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable.
-The microwave was malfunctioning but the service was prompt, although it could not be properly fixed.
-The restaurant food and service was very good.
    -The ocean view is beautiful

This was honestly the best beach vacation we have ever had in BC. It was such a great experience being able to walk out the door and be right on such an amazingly beautiful beach. Even during the day, the beach had such a peaceful and amazing vibe to it. After we checked out and before we left, I literally walked outside to take some pictures of the stunning beach view so I have something to refer to until we are able to come back next year. Walking along the boardwalk in the evenings to witness spectacular sunsets and night sky was such a pleasant experience. There isn't a single thing that I would change about our entire experience. Every single staff member that we encountered were extremely warm and friendly which was the icing on an incredibly beautiful cake. An extremely positive and memorable experience.

We had the pleasure of having a top floor corner suite. It was spectacular with the views, and all the comforts of home plus it was very quiet. We used the kitchen to cook several meals and it had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the huge bathroom was luxurious. Having a separate powder room for our teenagers girls to use was great in and of itself. :)

Check-in and Check-out were both quick and professionally served. Very friendly and helpful staff.

In general, I wish check-in was much earlier than 4pm, as when you spend this kind of money on a hotel room, you want to spend as much time enjoying it as you possibly can.

Overall, this was a great hotel where you can appreciate all the comforts of home (and still feel a bit fancy), while also enjoying the stunning views, great boardwalk, and endless sandy beach.

The Beach Club Resort was a great venue for my cousin's wedding.
Our room accommodated all of our needs, from the fully equipped kitchen, to the luxurious bathroom, and comfortable beds.
The restaurant provided a variety of choices, and the pool and hot tub gave you a place to hang out when the weather was too chilly to be outside.
The location along the boardwalk enabled us to enjoy brisk morning walks, and it was just a short walk up the hill to various shops and restaurants.

We came to Parksville looking for a quick getaway from Vancouver, and the beach club was exactly what we needed. The suite was extremely clean and fit our needs perfectly especially since we were traveling with a toddler. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the amenities were amazing as well. There were lots of great restaurants nearby and lots to enjoy in the area. The staff was also courteous and helpful. We will definitely be back soon!

We have always enjoyed staying at the Beach Club. This time, however, our room was not as clean as I would have liked. The bathroom floor had not been washed and it had sticky spots all over it. We reported this to the front desk and expected that housekeeping would fix this the next day but they still did not clean the floor. We ended up wiping it up ourselves.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The staff we dealt with were courteous and friendly. We went to the Uncorked dinner at your property and the food was fabulous.

Courtesy check in and efficient. Room was very clean and pleasant. With fewer quests in January it was very quiet in the resort. Everything is of high quality in the rooms. We are regular visitors and have never had a bad experience. The only down side is that there were not enough newspapers at the front desk to satisfy the daily demand. Had a meal at the hotel restaurant and service was excellent and the food very good.

We spent one night in the one bedroom ocean view suite. We were on the 6th floor so we looked right over the top of the ocean front units and had a panoramic view of the beach and strait. Our room was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We had our own little balcony with table and wicker chairs. I would think it would be the perfect spot for morning tea before hitting the beach. Our bed was comfortable and the overall appearance of the hotel was great.
