Very nice hotel with an amazing view of the Falls. Huge room. We got the queen jacuzzi room and it even had a cozy fire place. 30 bucks for parking is crazy but the free stuff like tours and food vouchers made up for it.

The view was stunning and overall it's a nice hotel. We splurged for a king suite with a jacuzzi for 2 nights. On the first night we discovered that the jacuzzi wasn't working and reported it, making arrangements for maintenance to come check in the morning. The next day we stopped at the desk to let them know we were leaving the room and it would be a good time for it to be checked. The response was a little condescending, asking if we flipped the wall switch (there wasn't one). We were assured that it would be checked. Several hours later we ran into the maintenance man and asked if he had a chance to check it out. We were told yes and that the button on the tub just had to be pushed twice quickly. We tried the tub again with no luck and called down again. No one showed up so we called down again after about 3 hours. A different maintenance man showed up and checked the tub and came to the determination that the motor was blown and there was nothing he could do. We were told that he would have the manager call us "to make arrangements". We never received any call. When we mentioned the issue again on checkout we were told that management had determined that a $30 credit, the equivalent of one night of parking was a sufficient compensation for a $650 hotel bill. Other than the maintenance man who actually came to investigate the problem, we felt dismissed by everyone else. This trip was meant to be an extravagant treat for our anniversary and to pay that kind of money for a room that did not come as advertised, then get a token credit and not even an apology for the inconvenience put a smear on an otherwise lovely weekend. We won't be back and certainly won't recommend to our friends.

    Great view, lovely suite.

Poor customer service with regards to concerns.

We booked a king suite with a jacuzzi for our anniversary. On the first night we tried the jacuzzi and it didn’t work. We called to report it and arranged for it to be inspected in the morning.

On our way to sight see we stopped by the front desk to say it’d be a fine time to have the jacuzzi checked. The woman, not looking from her keyboard, asked if we had ‘tried the wall switch’.

    There is no wall switch.

On our return we saw a maintenance man and asked if he had checked our room, he said yes and we had to push a button in the tub twice, quickly, to activate the pump.

    We did, it didn’t.

    Called down twice more.

Another maintenance fella shows up, actually tries the jacuzzi & notes it doesn’t work. He quickly determined the pump had an issue and was beyond any in room repair.

He assured us management would call us to ‘make arrangements’.

    They did not.

Upon checking out, we mentioned this and were assured the management had credited us $30 (the equivalent of one night outdoor parking) to compensate for our inconvenience.

Instead of arguing and ruining the end of an otherwise great weekend we paid the $650 we owed and made it clear we won’t be back.

I’m a mechanic, I know things break. Being dismissed and condescended to is never appropriate or acceptable.

Stayed in the bi level queen suite with the fallsview, amazing room and view. Everybody was super nice. Clean place. Still only been here for 2 days out if our 4 day stay. So far so good!

We visited in late November and got a really good deal on our room through Orbitz. We paid a bit more and booked a fallsview room. It was well worth the little extra we paid. The view from our room was AMAZING!! We didn't eat at the on-site restaurant or use many of the hotel amenities, as we spent most of our weekend at local attractions. Overall, we had a great stay, and we'll likely be back.

Hotel had poor service. We had an issue with our reservation and couldn't reach the hotel manager for days. When we finally did, her attitude was so bad. She was rude and disrespectful. The rooms were sprayed with air fresheners that smelled so bad and gave me a headache. Not to mention it is hazardous to inhale all that chemical. It still uses the old air conditioner so it is really loud. Only good thing was its location has a good view and one of the reception staff was polite and nice.

The view from the room on the 10 floor was amazing. Trees blocked part of the American Falls, so would have preferred to be a bit higher. The view of the Horseshoe Falls was great. The staff was very friendly for the interaction we had with them. Most of our time spent was outside of the hotel enjoying the falls.

We arrived ready to check in on time but our rooms were not ready. Had to wait 2 hours before our room was ready but the hotel staff looked after us very well.

They compensated us by giving us free breakfast the following day.

Friendly staff, clean room and free coffee by reception!

$30 for the nights car parking.

There is an awesome view of the falls on the 14th floor.

Nice, comfortable hotel overlooking the falls. The view from our room was incredible; I'd say that if you're primarily looking for a way to enjoy the Falls without joining the crush of tourists below, this is a great option. Even if you do decide to venture out, this location is within walking distance of all the major attractions in the area. All in all it's a nice place in a good spot with friendly service, and I'd go back gain!

We had an awesome time! Fallsview from the 12th floor was amazing and the romance package pretty much gave us all the meals we needed. Great area with lots to see and do walking distance, and the Falls of course was walking distance. Remington restaurant had great food and the servers sing wonderfully. Wish we could stay longer but we'll definitely come back!

Stayed in a falls view hotel on level 18. Room was great, view was amazing. Staff have been a axing and as helpful as possible. Room may be a little dated, but it is more than adequate and serves the purpose. Lots of space, Great view, bed is comfortable. The $69 package offered is worth it. The wineries included are nice, the chocolate factory was good (but didn't seem to charge anyone), the included breakfast was decent, and we used the voucher at Applebee's to get takeaway dinner to take to our room to enjoy with the view. The dinner at Remington's was quite nice. All in all we've had a great time.

Great location and the view of the falls was spectacular. The locals are seemingly cheerful and helpful with directions. During the off season expect great deals on meals and entertainment. The staff at any of the arcades will usually dole out some tickets for kids in the event of a machine malfunction. Everything you could need is within walking distance of anywhere you might be. All in all a good time and well spent.

The view out of your room window will make you forget about little slips in room management. Overall we had good experience. Check in/ out was quick. The room was clean, bathroom clean with good quality toiletries. Only 3 towels were there for 4 of us, but it took room service just few minutes to bring couple more in after we called. Beds were comfortable as much as hotel beds can be.
If you want to be pampered all the time then it might not be the place for you, but you can pay 4 times more and stay at next door Embassy. But view will be the same. It is good place if you on a budget. Plus how long you planning to stay in the room while you are here, seriously?
Cons: Parking lot next door is 5 times cheaper than one at the hotel. The pool was cold. Coffee machine was extremely slow. That's about it.

This is a 1 star hotel at best if they did not have the view of the falls they would be out of business.

They do everything on the cheap from the hand soaps and the 1 ply toilet paper to the TV only have 5 channels and no movies at the price for 272.00 per night. run fast from this hotel. GO to the double tree hotel down the street you will enjoy you stay a lot more.

PS: This is the 1st time i reviewed anything online i just had to tell someone.

Great hotel in downtown Niagara Falls. Rooms are standard, a good size. We had an excellent view of the falls from our room. The pool area was great, too. We missed the restaurant shuttle to Remington's (provided for free by the hotel) and the hotel gave us a free cab out of their pocket. I would stay here again!
