Second time staying, great service, friendly staff, amazing views from falls view guest rooms; in tasteful contemporary decor, make for an amazing cozy viewing box for the falls, both day and night. Was not impressed when calling down to the front desk on two separate occasions (three times each) to ask questions, only to be greeted by the hotels voice mail, I understand the business can be busy but Wednesday morning?

It was a little retro but the staff was great and went above and beyond. The view was incredible. It was a great experience and especially big thank you Sky for helping me out with the room and amenities. Absolutely amazing service.

Located nearby Fallsview Casino, this hotel has beautiful views of the falls or the city (depending on what room you booked). The room i got felt a bit small, but it was very clean. If you like tv be wary there was only one channel but it's random. So at times i got fox or sometimes the news but it makes up for the amazing wide view the falls and everything else you can see from your room. People from the other hotel can peer right into your room so keep that in mind (good thing for curtains). A group of students jumped and waved at me across another hotel nearby I did the same.

The view exceeded our expectations. By that, I mean not only did we get to see the falls, but we could also watch each other use the bathroom. The bathroom had a glass wall, allowing no privacy for others in the room. The falls view was nice though. The bed was comfy. The room was very SMALL. Internet was pretty much at a snail's pace. The best part about the whole thing was the valet. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Dennis, I think. Cool guy. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The only reason I give it even 2 stars is because the valet guy was so cool.

My wife and I had planned a trip to visit the Niagara Falls earlier this October and made reservations at the Tower Hotel on Expedia for TD. We booked a room we originally thought would have a view of the falls and a bathtub as they have advertised on their website; however, when we arrived we were told that the deluxe room only has a view of the city and has only a shower. We showed them the pictures that are on their website advertising as The Tower Hotel Fallsview Room, but they ignored our protest and insisted that we were the ones that had made a mistake. The pictures attached below are screen shots of the hotel room I had booked and what we stayed in. The screen shots show that the Tower Hotel falsely advertised their hotel rooms with both the title and the pictures presented on their website. We flew all the way from Calgary for a trip that we have planning for months, and the Tower Hotel’s attitude towards their customer was thoroughly disappointing. I ask to please make us the last victims of their false advertising and demand that they change the pictures and the title they have on their website so that no one else falls for the Tower Hotel’s cheap trick.

Beautiful room! City view with falls view at the side window is enough to satisfy. King bed is super comfy. Great location. Highly recommend. Room with full falls view would get the 5 stars.

I wouldn't give this hotel even one star! It was a horrible experience the hotel room & walkway were small & musky smelling. Everything was outdated, our mirror tables were broken then taped up, our shower had mold all over the walls, and the sheets were scratchy. We found ants on the bed and spiders all over the outer windows. For over $300 for one night it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The receptionist who helped us was very rude, we were told after we seen the room and wanted to leave that we didn't have to stay here but we still had to pay for the room because we checked in.

Very misleading when booking a room. Booked a Falls view room and when I confirmed it with them, they said that in fact the room is a City View and that you can see the falls from their observation deck. When booking this hotel, you will see:

1 King Bed Deluxe Falls View Room

But this according to them, this is a city view. Beware of this when booking, you are being misled. When I asked for a Fallsview room I was told that they had none available and wouldn't refund the money because I was inside their cancellation window.

Staying at the Hilton now and it's far nicer with amazing views, friendly staff that appreciate your business.

Highly recommended!!! We had incredible views from our room. There's no parking on-site, so we took advantage of the valet service. This is considerably more expensive than using one of the public parking facilities nearby, but it's much more convenient: a nice no-hassle option if you don't feel like dragging all your luggage around the city. The hotel is relatively small, which we liked—no long waits at the elevator! Our guest room was small but beautifully decorated, and with the high ceiling and immense wall of windows, you won't feel cramped. The shower was a tall person's dream! Plenty of room, and the shower head height can be adjusted! The hotel is located near lots of the local attractions, too. Wonderful stay!

I had my wedding at this hotel and stayed there as well. Love love the view. Rooms are romantic. I wont recommend it for parents and children but for couples is awesome. My only complaint would be that for the price they could throw in free breakfast!

We recently went to Marilyn's Bistro and Lounge to celebrate a friend birthday. There were 12 of us at the table and the experience couldn't have been better. The staff was very personable and attentive for the dinner. During the dinner one of the entrees was overlooked as sometimes happens at any restaurant. It was impressive to see the level of responsibility the staff took in regards to this unfortunate circumstance. The waiter brought a complimentary glass of wine our guest was drinking, immediately informed her that the entree was being made and it would be removed from the bill. He also offered a complimentary appetizer while we waited. The chef also came to the table to apologize for the error. All in all while mistakes cannot be avoided the staff went out of their way to address the error and make it right. Outstanding service aside, the food was easily some of the best food I've tried in Niagara Falls. Typically I would expect this cuisine which is comparable to the AG or one of the higher end wineries in the area to match the price point as well. However the overall cost is beyond reasonable. Two entrees with a bottle of local wine runs around $100 to $125. This type of service, excellent cuisine and tremendous value will ensure that we will return to Marilyn's over and over. Be sure to try the escargot! My wife was not even remotely interested in trying this appetizer but when she and the rest of the table agreed to try some it became an instant favorite. I would have never thought my wife would want to go to a restaurant just for escargot but she can't wait to try it again, it's just that good!
