Has potential roads are terrible and some properties are very run down. Most places are very well kept and others have half finished siding etc and junk everywhere.

This place is a scam..they want you to do your lot which costs around 6000 to do then your responsible for hydro etc hookup without your lot fees seems like too much money just to park a trailer ..its not like we buying land for a house..never ever heard of a trailer park doing this

I have a large private lot and renovated the entire exterior , windows , doors, insulation, vinyl siding, new eavesdropping with leaf guards, aluminum facets , new AC /furnace etc, new shed, lots of inclusive , new washer / dryer, gas range, new riding lawnmower many more items, I just listed it with Sutton in Woodstock as I’m unable to maintain the property due to handicaps, call Jen Thompson or go online

Unfortunately, the corp. that owns this beautiful community spends very little for upkeep. The roads are usually less then stellar while park fees continue to climb.
