I had all of my 4 wisdom tooth removal procedure in one sitting. I was really scared before going for the procedure but Dr. Samra and the hygienist staff helped me alot. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for any kind of dental problems. Special thanks to Karen who helped me alot. Excellent service 👍

One of the dentist failed to extract my wisdom teeth because it was too hard to pull out and it stuck to my bone. Half of my tooth was out and half remained inside. I have to go to an specialist surgeon. However, on my request I was referred to Dr. Samra. I was told that he had a good hand in extracting wisdom teeth. Indeed, he took less than 10 min to extract my half extracted tooth and relief me from all my pain and anxieties. He is an expert I should say. I will recommend my friends and family to him. Very friendly service. They do wonderful work and have been coming here for years and Rose is always makes sure that my teeth are looking good. Dr. Samra has done procedures years ago and have never had a problem since.

I got my wisdom teeth extracted here. They were growing in really bad, in weird positions, so the extraction was challenging. Despite the challenge, the extraction was performed successfully. Everyone was well-mannered, polite and helpful, both in-person and on the phone. You can call a while after the surgery/extraction and they will offer support and answer questions you have after the procedure. The most important thing is that they were able to take me on relatively quickly. Looking around, it seemed that most places where you get your wisdom teeth extracted need referrals or references. I was referred to a place by a dentist I went to initially, and I went to them in late November. This place gave me an initial consultation for January 15 or something Other places were even more booked up. And that's just the consultation, I'm pretty sure the actual procedure would have been performed even later. By that time I would probably have had enough teeth in my mouth to be a professional shark impersonator, so I'm thankful that the people here gave me appointments way sooner.

it is the most expensive dental I have ever visited. I went there for cleaning. They had me do a lot other services like x-ray, for 3times!!!!. After the service is done, the total amount is $400+. They told me that my insurance only covers $300. So I paid $181 extra!!!! Never go to this place!!!!

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE WORK DONE NOT GET YOUR INVOICE IN THE MAIL AND THEN BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS, AND CONTINUOUSLY ASK TO HAVE YOUR INVOICE SENT TO WITH PROCRASTINATION SO IT GOES TO COLLECTIONS..TWO YEARS LATER STILL HAVENT RECEIVED AN INVOICE YET THEY CAN ASK FOR A CREDIT CARD AND HAVE YOU PAY IT OVER THE PHONE

Heavy upselling of services. Is not willing to file with insurance company for invoices. Front desk receptionists are lazy, scummy, and incompetent.

This is the worst place you can go specially if you have an insurance. They called my six months after a cleaning once I had a complete dental coverage and asked me for $150 extra!!! Let me explain my awful experience in detail.
I am a UWaterloo student and I have a dental coverage which covers 100% of cleaning and examination. All my friends on the same program and the same insurance plan do cleaning and examination once per year for free. I went to this awful place. They checked my insurance and said your insurance covers everything and it costs $400. I said OK. After 6 month once I had graduated they called me asking for $150 extra!! I said what is that for and they said it costed $500 ($100 more than they told me first) and your insurance has paid $350. I called the insurance and it was not their fault as they had paid everything. I am going to sue them for their weird behavior. I asked at least 10 of my friends who has the same plan as me and regularly do cleaning and examination and they never had to pay extra and it never had happened to them and their friends. Do not trust them. The lady who were telling me to pay the money changed the reason she was mentioning several times. She keeps calling and every time a new story. Once they have not covered your examination, then she changed it to that the prices the insurance pays is based on 2005 and so on!!!

Very friendly staff, excellent doctor. Drove to Waterloo from Oakville specifically to see Dr. Samra, definitely worth the trip! He did an excellent job on my two front teeth implants, taking the time and care to explain all facets of the procedure. Also started seeing him for general dentistry and would highly recommend for general dentistry and or Implant surgery

Since I have come to Waterloo region in 2009, I have roamed across several dentistry clinics. Specifically, I have tried about five different dentistry clinics. However, none of them was giving me the service that I was looking for. In particular, my little son was very annoyed by their treatments, and they were not so patient on him. I also have had painful and sensitive teeth after treatments.

About a year ago, I tried this Bridgeport Dentist Center. I found excellent and knowledgeable people with outstanding kindness. They always use the newest technology in their field. Their treatments have always worked well for me and my family. More importantly, my little son was happy and he is not afraid from going to the dentist as before.
