  Terrific customer service, disappointing to see the reviews below. Roslin continues to go above and beyond to service multiple locations of mine and ensures that our grease trap maintenance is order. The indoor tanks provide a terrific alternative to the unsightly outdoor options offered by most competitors.

  We've used them for a couple years now. My only complaint is that their salesperson quoted a payment about 6 times higher than what they actually pay. I find their CS polite, and if they ever fail to pick up, which they haven't yet, will just switch.

  Don't do business with them. Or you will regret. They collect oil on time, but never send bill on time. If you don't remind them MANY times, they won't send bill. It's totally unprofessional. Bad customer service.

  This companys customers service is the worst i have ever had to deal with. weeks to get pick up and battle to remove there bin. Use Rothsey before you try this group. Sad what they put you threw for service.One star as i had no chioice to post
