Dr. Hussein and his team are absolutely awesome! I genuinely appreciate that Dr. Hussein takes the time to explain everything that's happening and that his focus is on patient care and comfort. As someone who has experienced awful dentists (and a fear of dentists) in the past, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hussein at Trillium Dental Centre. He and his team will take great care of you!

Great establishment with great staff, from the ladies at the front desk to the dentist running the wisdom tooth removal & his lovely assistant. The procedure was done quickly, efficiently, while also making sure I was comfortable through the entire process. Safety rules were enforced making it a very good experience. Thank you Trillium Dental Service!

Trillium is a great dental centre! I chose them at first because they had extended hours (open evenings and weekends) and had many staff that could accommodate different schedules. I did Invisalign treatment with Dr. Hussein and he was fantastic. Explained everything as we went, tried to make it as easy of a process as it could be. The dental assistants, hygienists and admin staff were all lovely to interact with and always super helpful. They even mailed me my final retainers when I had moved before treatment was over!

I have loved my time at Trillium. Normally I prefer smaller family dentists but after I moved several people recommended Trillium. The facilities are really nice with TVs on the ceiling. Both dentists I met with were super friendly and really took time to explain things to me. They aren't just trying to get your money and pushing work you don't need. My hygienist was super nice and the gentlest I ever had. It is super easy to book and change appointments. Highly recommended.

Good organization of young rising doctors, nurses and clerks. Try establishing and maintaining a relationship for you and your young growing family please. Excellent craftsmanship, warranty, dedication, and are serious about health care.

I recently had multiple appointments there for my daughter to get fillings done. She was SUPER nervous, since she had never really been to the dentist before. I can't say enough good things about our experience- She had two different Dentist work on her, Dr Carere and Dr Jaura, due to my limited days/hours I was available to bring my daughter in. They were both fantastic! Such kind dentists, who took their time making her feel so comfortable during her experience. I was worried prior to going in that she wouldn't complete even one filling but she ended up doing 4 seperate appointments with ease!! Their assistant Kristina is all my daughter talks about now, she was super sweet with my daughter! I highly recommend this office to to anyone!

I have been a patient at Trillium Dental Centre for over 10 years. The dentists and staff are kind and caring, always going above and beyond to ensure that patients are comfortable and happy. They are always professional and honest. The office is very open and modern. The location is also conveniently located in Conestoga Mall. I have previously, and will continue to refer friends and family to this office. I highly recommend Trillium Dental Centre!

The dentist was excellent and did a very a good job. He operated with high degree of professionalism and precision, correcting my tooth in the best way possible in the long run. Was in pain and got a same day appointment and hour later. Prescribed the right antibiotics for me which relieved the pain. Their staff and location is great and there customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend going to this excellent and convenient location.

The facility is very modern and comfortable. Extremely polite staff. Very efficient and professional office. I was reminded of my appointment ahead of time and they took care of me promptly after arrival. The hygienist was very efficient. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything. I had a really great experience and I highly recommend Trillium Dental Centre.

Trillium Dental Centre is a great dental office! If you are from Waterloo or even Kitchener I highly recommend checking it out. They are great at quickly accommodating appointment requests as well! The staff are a pleasure to deal with

Recently became patients. My two daughters loved their first visit. The staff and dentists were accommodating above and beyond their duty. Recently my 6 year old had a dental emergency. Dr. George Carere stayed beyond his work hours to help us out. Made my girl comfortable and fearless for the extractions. He did an excellent job with the dental treatment! Dr.Aadil Shamji checked in on us as well. Wow what owner goes out of his way to offer extra care and support for the patients of the practice. Both dentists have such great compassion for their patients. Highly recommend the office, your family will be well taken care of. Thank you Trillium for the genuine care!!!

Very compassionate and hard work staff. Receptionist are very polite and caring. Doctors and Surgeons do a very great job of taking care of your health care needs. They always make sure their patients are feeling well after examination and extractions. Thank you and god bless the Trillium staff family.

Very amazing experience, talented staff, very polite and kind; have had an examination + a filling done, and the dentist and dental assistant were extremely good to me; Had appointments for another filling and cleaning, however due to physical limitations have had to cancel quite a few appointments, secretary acts like its a neurosurgeon, as long as 2 days notice is given I should be able to cancel appointments as many times as possible, perhaps a new dentist would be best
