In October, I went and bought Skis, Boots and Bindings from Skiis and Biikes. The staff was super helpful and had no problem spending a good amount of time finding the perfect fit for me. Now after skiing on them 5 times this seasons, my boots still fit amazing and skis feel great. The staff was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful when trying on different boots and skis. Highly recommend going to purchase equipment from them!

Big shout out to great customer service on two separate occasions this week. Went in to buy ski boots as they did a great job in making them good for me last time. Boot tech helped me out and tried on several boots and then said he couldn't/wouldn't sell me any boots as he didn't have the right one for me in stock. Sent me to a competitor that he said would do a good job for me.
After I went to the other shop (who were pretty knowledgeable and good) I brought my old skis and new boots back to Skiis & Biikes and they adjusted bindings at no charge.
Fantastic service and I didn't even buy anything.
Fortunately my wife did buy some stuff so at least they got something out of it besides a loyal customer. Definitely will be going here first every time I need ski gear or clothing.

I've been getting my kids outfitted here every year for the last 5 years and it's always been a great experience. Staff are super knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The sign-in sheet is a great idea and well worth the occasional wait to get fitted.
The kids buy back program makes a big difference to the overall cost of equipment.
Un gros merci to Valentin!! He was this years lucky staff member who spent much time finding & fitting boots for my little guy - he knew many little 'tricks of the trade' which meant that my son's notoriously hard to fit feet now have some very comfortable boots to shred the slopes in😁.
Always a pleasure - a fun part of our annual 'get ready to ski' tradition!! Thank you & best for 2017😁.

This is my place i have bought my skiis and now my new boots. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. I have even bought trail gear here in the summer. I keep coming back 😊

I’ve visited Skiis & Biikes a few times now to browse and purchase various items. A couple of weeks ago I popped in to find a new bike seat as my saddle was uncomfortable and I was experiencing lower back pain. Tom immediately came over to ask if I needed assistance. After explaining my situation, he suggested a particular seat and had the bike tech install it right then and there. Since then, no problems at all with my backor butt! Today, we came back to the store to check out their sale on skis and boots. Again, Tom was there to provide us with assistance and his expertise on which skis and boots would suit us best. He took the time to ask us questions about our skill level and our needs/wants out of our skis and boots in order to ensure the best fit for us. Because of the level of service we receive here, we will be coming to Skiis & Biikes from now on to have our skis and bikes tuned-up!! Tom was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and a big part of the reason we will continue to shop there.

I ended up with two right footed boots on a used set for my child. It had been a year since my purchase and I never noticed the mistake until now, as there was no snow for skiing last year. When I went back in today the fellow there exchanged the boots for a proper pair quickly and happily. Then he went above and beyond by making sure the boots fit proper into the bindings, and advised me about a quick and affordable way to wax my child's skis. He was friendly with my 4 year old as well, which is not often the case in sports stores! I will definitely be returning here to buy my hubby some equipment when we make it into the city again !
