Went for drinks with friends, and had a good selection of beers and wines. Good service and a great location. The facilities are clean and well laid out, and the atmosphere is great for just chatting over your drink of choice.

I dined at the Cactus Club while visiting Vancouver. It has a great atmosphere with relaxed lounge style vibes and a gorgeous waterfront view. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. Food was 10/10. Ordered Hunter Chicken and it was cooked to perfection; juicy, glazed and crispy. Good portion sizes and a small but delicious dessert selection. Finished dinner off with a scrumptious chocolate mousse topped with caramel foam! Highly recommend for dinner and business groups.

Great service. Good food. A little bit pricey but am absolutely amazing view! Unfortunately happy hour doesn't have a good menu like many other cactus club locations.

The food was flattering! Awesome service, the bar menu if off the grid, somethings you see, somethings you just can’t see. But a 5star on weekends, i love it! A date or a family gathering, whatever. Go for it.

A Memorable Experience
I dined at the Cactus Club on Canada Place as part of group - the conference I had attended rented one of the private rooms. The ambience of the Cactus Club was great - lively and fun. Despite it being very busy the service was very prompt, I was never without drink. There are great views of Vancouver harbour and the Olympic cauldron while you dine. The seared albacore tuna appetizer was very tasty and the Sablefish main course was to die for. Will definitely return if I'm ever in Vancouver again.response / report this review -

A wonderful meal for three on a busy Friday evening. I always enjoy the Prawn Ravioli at Cactus Club it is so rich and fresh, it keeps me coming back. We also had the Hunter Chicken which has been on the menu for sometime and still is well executed. The White chocolate cheese cake was also a good choice to end the meal.

Absolutely stunning location: at Jack Poole Plaza by the seawall with floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of Stanley Park, the Vancouver Harbour, and North Vancouver. There is usually a waitlist because of its popularity. The food is good and staff is friendly. My server was considerate of my food allergies and made the concerted effort to consult with the kitchen to accommodate my dietary concerns.
Reservations are highly recommended well ahead of time for lunch and dinner, especially if you want a window booth. The dining area is huge, including patio and lounge seating, so expect longer wait service though staff is still efficient.response / report this review -

The staff was friendly, professional. The ambience was nice and they managed to sit us by the windows as I requested on the reservation (although we did have to wait for 20-30 minutes which was expected). The view in the evening (before and after sunset) is gorgeous. The drinks were good and not too expensive.
Feedback for improvement- They should add more variety for vegetarians on their menu. We knew there wasn't really any options, so we ate before going there.response / report this review -

The Good: Great location next to the convention center and harbour. You're bound to find something for everyone on this menu. The staff is courteous, friendly, and make the occasion stress free and fun.
The Bad: None that I could see.

My absolute favourite restaurant. I love everything about this place. The area it’s located in is just gorgeous, and the view is spectacular (which you can see from the inside). It makes the atmosphere of this place so comfortable and cozy. Its a pretty big branch, and the employees are the nicest people. Not to mention how delicious the food is (and the dessert is pretty great as well!!)

This Cactus is perhaps the envy of every restaurant in the entire city. Every night is a huge operation and the staff does very well in managing the large volume of visitors they receive. Because of this, wait times are usually long. The view onto Coal Harbour is fantastic, however. Service has been excellent every time I have visited. The food has not once disappointed, and I have consistently ordered a medium rare steak which has been cooked perfect every time. For a good dinner out in the best part of the city, the deliverance on value is worthy of your time. Although best done with a group of friends, as it does get quite loud in the dining room.

Great place for a meal.. if you by chance get seated in front of the large windows, the view is amazing. They open the full windows in the summer and you have the vantage of seating inside away from the heat of the sun and can enjoy the fresh air.. down side is the loud seaplane coming in and out of the harbour. The food is excellent also. For the ladies, there are giant couches inside the ladies room, to refresh and relax..

Great service!! Catered to our wants with drinks and food! Food was delish!! Scenery beautiful!! We stayed past the dining area time that it was opened for but we were not rushed! I would definitely recommend and go back!! Love it there! It was my first time at that location too!

Some dishes here that I haven't seen at other locations. Maybe the best view of any restaurant in Canada. The staff is amazing. The night I went the wait was a little longer than I would like but the staff got to us quickly

Had a wonderful service in their private room.
3 staff members served us (about 45 guests) at my evening engagement party. The staff, including their manager, introduced themselves to me at the start of service - names, hand shake & what have you - & they were very pleasant throughout.
Shaun/Shawn, 1 of the servers, was excellent. He was warm towards us & handled things with tact. I knew it would be a bit of a hassle, but he didn't make a fuss when my guests had asked him to record a short video of us doing the mannequin challenge. The other servers were also great & made me & my fiance feel special that night (I'm sorry if I forgot their names; the night was a bit of a blur from chatting with friends).
I didn't have to worry about anything.
Wonderful job. Thank you for making it memorable.
