Dropped in here before dinner on the weekend and was not a happy client. First off, the girl said they only accept cash (even though I could see a credit card terminal) so I had to go across the street to the 7 Eleven and use the bank machine. Then I go for my tan and there are 7 bulbs out. I stopped the bed to come out and ask for something different, and the girl at the desk who seem like she could care less about anything, said all the beds have some lamps out so it wouldn't make much difference. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she could send a message but that they get lots of complaints like this and the owner never does anything about it. No idea how this business survives but I would not recommend. I didn't even end up staying for the rest of my tan.

This company is a complete joke. I purchased a package last year and went in this week and was told they lost some of there data and that it was too late to claim my package without a receipt. The girl working was so rude and condescending. They can't even track their packages so now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company. The only bright side is the place was very dirty so I guess it forces me to find a better place anyway.

Awesome tanning studio! Updated modern tanning beds and super clean. The manager and staff provide outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

My name is Rita Allan ( I don’t own a phone or use online stuff ) so I asked You Tan to allow me to use theirs to write a feed back .Honestly Very clean place ,beautiful warm hearted staff ,great prices and knowledgeable staff . Been coming here For last 7 years since they opened its been my relaxing place to go to . They are always full of energy and great to talk to. I recommend my favorite place of warmth to everyone💕💕😊😊

Definitely not impressed with the false advertising here. I was visiting from the USA and needing a tan before an event. They advertised high pressure beds (in fact their website claims all beds are high pressure) and then I arrive to find out they do not have any. The owner actually argued with me about what high pressure tanning in and it's clear she did not have a clue. Not to mention the salon is so tiny and cramped. Don't waste your time.

I describe my own experience as i love it, the staff were good, there're 3 sun bed's where you the lady can schedule depending on your skin tone and desired results .ive trid them all .i had a 1 month open memebership & am willing to go there again soon ! It's recommended

Amazing service! Fast friendly knowledgeable staff made me feel very welcome. I come on my lunch breaks or after work and they always squeeze me in. Can't recommend enough.

The only tanning Boutique of its kind in yaletown! It's tastefully designed with the client in mind. I feel highly valued each time I come in, and the luxury high pressure beds are excellent. The organic spray tan leaves you smelling like brown sugar and looking like you just came from the beach. The lotion they carry are only trusted luxury brands that produce the results I crave. And not to mention the private infrared sauna that draws out the toxins in your system and sheds pounds! 5 stars!! I love this place. Everything you need to stay beautiful. And they have tan-tone-detox combos for people like me who love it all! 💕✨👌🏽

I love You Tan studios! I've been going for many years and they never disappoint with their services! I religiously use their sauna and lay down bed for an amazing experience every time! The spray tan is probably the best in town. I wouldn't recommend a better place for your tanning needs!
