So the manager was serving us and she didnt give me any cutlery with my food. She never checked on us or how we were doing . we ended up ordering from the bar . we are sitting in a booth . the bathroom is in the mall .

Had dinner there last night. First I ordered the $16calamari. It was the Worst calamari ever! No taste at all and felt like rubber! We had 2-3 piece and didn't touch it after. We were hungry hungry so we ordered their steak after. For $36 I got Cold mash potatoes and also my steak was burned on the outside. Very chewy! Unbelievable! staff were friendly though.. and kept apologizing for the bad food we got! But I would never go back

I'm staying at the coast coal harbour. The resteraunt prestons is attached to the hotel and we decided to check this place out. Overall it's a nice place, good food, nice staff. Same as my Tarik of the hotel, good but not yet great.

Good place but lacks a good menu. Been there for a week every day, got bored. First star for atmosphere, 2nd for attention 3rd for service. Food is alright. Needs good menu badly. Cheers!

My husband and I enjoy having meals at Prestons restaurant. The services are amazing. We have dinners delivered to our room and breakfast in the mornings. The salmon dish was delicious but the leek was cooked whole and was hard to eat as I couldn't cut into smaller pieces with the dinner knife. We are definitely coming back next time we visit Vancouver.

Enjoyed breakfast and a late night snack at Preston's with my two year old son. This restaurant offers a child menu that is free for kids under 5! We ordered a cheesy pasta shell expecting to pay. It was completely on the house. The pasta was so good I had to order one for myself.

The atmosphere was also great. They had a nice open concept patio that opens onto the street. Eliminates the overcrowded feeling while enjoying a meal.

The staff were very attentive. Taking the extra time to meet your needs even when you don't expect it. I wasn't quite satisfied with the shrimp cocktail. The waitress asked me if I wanted something else. I denied the generous offer. When the bill came she discounted the shrimp. This kind of service seems like a basic everyday ordeal but it goes missed more than expected. I will definitely come back to this restaurant/lounge.
