Friendly staff, selection is so big that it's kind of overwhelming and almost to the point of sensory overload! Staff is really helpful in finding what you're looking for or giving you ideas on products you may not have considered. If you are a indecisive person, I suggest you bring a friend to help you decide on the items to buy.. because you can spend hours upon hours going through their products and as soon as you try to leave to cash out, out of the corner of your eye, you spot something you hadn't seen before and then you're back to square one.. trying to decide on whether to buy the new thing versus the stuff in your cart. USE THE STAFF.. they're the best resource in finding what you didn't previously know you wanted! Their store manager, Dax even offered to stay past their closing time, cuz I live downtown and was worried I wasn't going to make it in time. That kind of dedication to customer service is rare. 👍

My friends and I came in and spend close to $500 on our Halloween costumes. We bought 4 packs of all white contacts (each $35) put one of them in and we're not able to see a single thing. We were not warned by then staff that you literally could not even see light through them. What is the purpose of such a contact? I called the store and the owner did not care and did nothing about it. PLEASE do not shop here, I also learned after making my purchases that I could had literally bought everything at spirit and other pop up shops for a fraction of the price. My friend bought the same type of contact at spirit and did not have the same issue. I'm a store owner myself and know this is not how your treat your customers

Bought 2 pairs of contact lenses last night for 80$. One set was broken in half and the other pair does not allow you to see through it at all. Prior to purchasing I asked to ensure that I would be able to see through them and was told that I most certainly would. I was informed that I was S.O.L. because contacts are mom refundable. buyer beware.

Found exactly what I needed!! Reasonable prices. Massive selection. Friendly staff who approached us asking if we needed assistance. I was told about final sale on the mask I purchased, I respect their choice of policy. I would want to wear a mask for hours on end if someone else had taken it out of the tamper proof packaging (higher end mask). I look forward to wearing it at our up coming Halloween events!

Overheard (the apparent) owner calling a CUSTOMER!, a liar when she tried to return an item. Clearly she miss understood the salesperson, and instead of allowing this woman to return the $30 dollar item, and provide good customer service. He was absolutely rude, and laughed in her face. I've never witness this type of behaviour on the part of an owner! I dropped the 3 costumes, in hand, and headed over to SPIRIT- a block away. The store was clean, and organized unlike this store which is disgusting, messy and dusty! Felt good to walk away from terrible behaviour, and poor treatment of this lady.

This party costume store is the first place we visit when we need costumes and accessories for comic conventions, Halloween and parties. Great staff who really want to help.

Why is the store so hot? I guess they don't have air conditioning.

This local family run, and run well when asking questions is my go to party store!!! Don't take my word for it go yourself. Just go early for Halloween costumes, if you want to be the best dressed for the nite. But awesome for art, costumes, anything seasonal. Just a little hard to find

I keep going back so it's hit or miss here. I always go to get balloons & party supplies but I can't really say I've ever had an enjoyable experience. It's overpriced- but also the only party store in the area. Employees are hit or miss as well. One visit you'll have someone say hi and try to help you and on the next you'll barely get a glance from an associate. I did meet the female manager/supervisor one day and she was very pleasant and friendly.

I love costumes and this is the best place I've come across in Toronto, I find it less expensive than places like Malabar. Large selection of second skin and padded costumes in back to choose from and try on (you can try on a couple costumes a day). Service was ok but understandable due to high volume of people and season

I don't know why anyone would give this place a bad review. This store has such an amazing variety of awesome quality things. Everything you need all in one place. The manager really goes out of his way to set up an incredible Halloween display in the store to showcase the cool animated props he has available. And the sales are hard to beat. Well done !
