Thank you to Duncan Todd and Jonathan for making my first purchase of a car seamless and easy to understand. They were there the entire time and responded to all my questions at anytime and any day. They were both easy to reach. I would also like to highlight that Duncan was very hopeful in determining what car was perfect for me and also for the budget that I had. I would definitely recommend Duncan as your next sales person and also Jonathan was very helpful in regards to financing. Duncan Todd and Jonathan Fernbach were very kind, patient, helpful and very professional. They understand our needs and tried their very best to fulfill that needs and look for the vehicle that we really wanted. They took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. Excellent service during sales process! Rodrigo was great to work with when I finally realized my 14 yr old Passat needed to be replaced. I really appreciated that he took the time to answer all our questions and helped us make the right decision and get the right vehicle for our family. Even though it was my husband doing the negotiations (he's just better at it), Rodrigo never lost sight of the fact I would be the primary driver/owner and he ensured I was included in all communications. I would highly recommend Yorkdale Volkswagen and Rodrigo.

I went to a handful dealerships last week. I can say that Yorkdale VW was the best among them. Specifically, they were really respectful and helping. I felt really comfortable and I could negotiate on the services and configuration. They were also so quick in giving me my car. I want to mention Rodrigo and Florin as the most remarkable people in this branch. They were patient and spent lots of time to make sure that I am happy about the service and the deal.

This dealership won't be getting any further business from me. IF I COULD RATE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Apparently getting a quote over the phone means diddly squat. I requested an estimate for parts and labor and this woman at the service desk provided me with a really good price for the work to be completed. Happy I was at this this I even provided my VIN number with her and clarified the quote twice (parts and labor costs) that she provided to me. However when I requested this in writing she insisted that I drive into the dealership with my ownership so that could they could verify my identity. I should have gotten her name and didn't. Fair enough however when I got there she (I didn't get her name) was nowhere around to be found and I was quoted another price by another employee. How convenient for them! It was $400 more than what was mentioned to me over the phone?? Don't appreciate their bait and switch methods and for WASTING my time for nothing. To make matters worse the guy at the service desk just printed off a SCREEN SHOT OF THE ESTIMATE WHICH DIDN'T EVEN INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE DEALER!! Yes you wasted my time!!!! Beware and be advised that prices quoted over phone may no be what you find at the actual store. My faith in Volkswagen is waning. And think I was going to switch my business over to this dealership as they fine last year when I needed them. My how times have changed!

I ordered a 3-door Autobahn (carbon steel, 6 speed manual, no driver assist) from the factory, and Brian was extremely helpful in realizing my specific GTI dream. Once in the shop, he was thorough and honest. My car is only 2 days old - but the nearly 4 month wait for this car has been a very pleasant experience. It's my second time buying a new vehicle, and this one far surpasses my first. Thanks so much for providing the professionalism and attention to detail I expected.

From the moment my wife and I first walked into the dealership looking to test drive a vehicle, we were put at ease. Artur, was phenomenal to work with. From our test drive until days after we drove away with our car, he has been in constant communication with us ensuring that we were comfortable and satisfied. He has even emailed me a few times since I drove away to ask how it's been.

Our car took about 4 weeks to deliver and Artur was sending me status reports weekly. When I came by to pick it up, he must have spent at least half an hour with me sitting in the car and going over all of the feature as well as providing helpful tips for maintaining the car.

Buying a car has always come with a lot of anxiety for me in the past, but not anymore. Great and comfortable experience thanks to Artur and Yorkdale Volkswagen.
