Nice suite style rooms, with separate living room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good location and available shuttle to and from the airport. Read some complaints about the WiFi, but I found it worked excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Hilton airport YVR is definitely. One of my favourite Richmond hotels. Service is always great and I love the suites.

The hotel is nice, friendly staff with lots of parking and big rooms.
The five stars however is for their breakfast. I travel a lot for business and I have to say this is the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in years. The cook really knows how to make an omelette with all the trimmings. Good variety of fruit and fresh orange juice. This is an expensive hotel, and I’ll be back just for the breakfast.response / report this review -

Helpful Ashley At The Front Desk Is The 5th Star - we arrived early and weary from a long transpacific flight. She was so friendly and cheery in getting us a well appointed, clean room with a nice mountain view. The hotel is in a great location, with an in house restaurant and other neighborhood places to explore. They also have a friendly shuttle driver from the airport. I'd recommend this Hotel to friends.

Nice hotel in the Richmond area. 18 total stories with some nice views that depend on which side you have. Service is phenomenal and friendly.

Filled with many visitors with canceled flights, since the airlines comp this hotel. This was also my experience here. Friendly staff and they are very used to dealing with vouchers and crowds, so things move quickly. Only two elevators for 18 floors, but the rooms were nice and they have a convenient shuttle to the airport. Nice breakfast buffet.

Very nice hotel and it is exactly what you would expect from a Hilton near an airport. The price was rather high, but the upgrade to the king suite was nice. Parking in the garage is an additional expense.

Parking is convenient, rooms are nice. The pull out sofa beds are not comfortable at all though. Putting the sofa bed's mattress directly on the floor was a vast improvement. Everything else about our stay was excellent.

Good size room; very nearby the Canada Line (5 minutes walk); it does not feel like an airport hotel. Live music in the lobby restaurant was a very nice touch. There are also bites, iced tea, and mint water available in the lobby. Also a very attentive idea!

The location here is perfect! Within walking distance of many restaurants as well as the sky train station. The rooms are always clean and service is great!

Good overnight stay. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was clean, although the bathroom left something to be desired. Specificly the grout in the shower was old and crumbling.

The Hilton Vancouver Airport was very easy to get to and has a very welcoming feel, from decor to staff. I attended a work event and the meeting room we were in, although a tad cold, was set up very nicely. We were provided with pastries and hot Starbucks coffee, and also cold refreshments throughout the day. During lunch we received a 20% discount, and the food was delicious. Overall, the experience I had at the Hilton Vancouver Airport was very good.

Parking can be weird but do have a lot of parking. Brunch is definitely complementary breakfast quality. Smoke salmon was way too salty and not refilling buffet table fast enough. Service was great from staff.

Quick stay. Typical Hilton, good service and accommodations. Had dinner lounge and it was good. Gym was closed dye to renovations which was a knock. They did offer pass to community center across street..
