I stayed at this hotel last weekend and I got the best service ever! The front desk was kind and helpful and the ladies that work in the kitchen in the morning are great! They have complimentary breakfast and I asked for dairy free milk and she brought some out! I really appreciated how she went above and beyond for me. This is a great hotel that is nice and safe and they make you feel welcome! Thank you for the great stay Best western!

Nice and clean. Very hot hot tub which is great. Small pool, warm water. Friendly and helpful front desk. The pull out couch/bed was not comfy but hey not many are

I found this particular hotel conveniently located ,close to Surrey Memorial Hospital. The staff were pleasant. The room was quiet and well appointed with a fridge and microwave. It was nice to have a desk, table and armchairs. The bed was comfortable.
Compared to other Best Western hotels, this one had a very good complimentary breakfast with outstandingly helpful staff on the 2 days that I was there.
There were several restaurants in close proximity and I felt safe as a single woman travelling on business staying at this hotel.response / report this review -

Very, very impressed! Perhaps my idea of the Best Western chain was incorrect; I had low expectations going in but they were far exceeded.
The hotel is being renovated, and there are signs all over apologizing for the "mess" even though the mess is practically non-existent. The whole place is fairly modern looking and the rooms were great: high ceilings, plenty of room, big window, a/c, super comfortable bed with fluffy pillows, and a large shower with awesome water pressure.
Part of the reason we stayed here was for the pool and hot tub, and I was not disappointed. The pool is a decent size, comfortable temperature and depth, and there are pool toys for the kids (or adults, let's be honest, who doesn't enjoy a good pool noodle?).
If you stay here, don't skip the breakfast. It was better than anything we could have ordered at Denny's or a family restaurant. The selection was pretty vast including coffee, hot chocolate, and 4 different juices, baked goods like bagels, muffins, and danishes, fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, sausage, and even a waffle iron and batter dispenser.
My only complaint is that the wifi wasn't great, but my boyfriend didn't seem to have an issue with it so maybe it was just my phone. Not bad enough to take a star away.
Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area! Budget friendly and a lot of bang for your buck.response / report this review -

My 2 day stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly, helpful hotel staff. Room was clean; all items worked; no problems. Reasonble price for the quality of the room and hotel. I would recommend it to anyone.

It's a nice small hotel with the price we paid. It offers a small fitness center with indoor pools and breakfast is included. Close to Bear Creek Park which has great playground structures and a water park, as well as mini golf and train. Great for families with kids. It's also close to Surrey Central City shopping centre.

Very comfortable and clean room. Only complaint is breakfast hours should be 7- 10:30. Hours now are 6:30 - 10:00. Breakfast room closes a bit to early. Creamers in room also would add a touch of class.

Nice modern smaller hotel undergoing renovations. Our room suite on 3rd floor was very quiet and had a view of the distant mountains. Location was good with restaurants and other services nearby.

Pretty stereotypical hotel. Nothing overly fancy but there is a small pool, hot tub, and a teensy fitness room available. The rooms were clean and the WiFi worked well. Would stay here again if I'm in the area

They where doing renos at the time we went. The pool was great and so was the hot tub. The breakfast had a good selection of items , even homemade waffles.

Location is nice an easy on the corner lots of stores and food close, parking is a bit odd with the lack of available left turns and if you don't notice the back entrance you may find yourself circling around. Rooms were nice and maintained regularly however a bit late, if I had returned from work too early (3pm) my room had not been cleaned yet. Not much going on for breakfast sadly.

We had a great stay at the hotel. We were not expecting it to be as comfortable and nice as it turned it to be. Clean, spacious rooms and hotel. My favourite was the free morning breakfast, which included eggs, bagels, cereal, waffle, coffee, tea, juice, oats and more. The hotel is very close to restaurants and commercial plazas. Hotel also has swimming pool and a tiny fitness room with weights which I used, it was better than none. I would recommend it to everyone!
