Room was clean. Available bed and bowls were prepared for our dog. Including the the doggy bag. Staff were always courteous and greets guests pleasantly. Pillows very comfortable and good number of pillows provided. Close to other food places in the area. Definitely will come back.

Location is great. Clean, none-smoking and has a good environment.
Yet , Normally, internet and parking , soaps should be included in now era hotels, yet here you should pay for everything separate. Do not get tricked by their fair price. That price is too basic.
Too noisy at night you could here anything around. Next door noise, bathrooms etcresponse / report this review -

Loved staying here. Bed was very comfortable and clean, room was beautiful. The view wasn't the best, but better than facing right into an office building. Service was excellent, the staff did a great job accommodating our very large business group. I'd love to come and stay here again!

Stayed here the night after our wedding and it was so wonderful. The staff were very friendly and we even were treated with chocolate covered strawberries with a Congratulations card. It was so cute.
Room service was really great too. Such great food and it was really quick. Hoping to come back here again to have a little staycation.
Oh also really quick walk over to the park which is gorgeous and steps away from so many great restaurantsresponse / report this review -

Very comfortable room in a great location. Extremely clean as well. Staff very pleasent and answered all questions I had. Food was excellent with good prices. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody anytime;;

Only a single night stay after a long road trip and flight the next morning but the Sheraton was an ideal choice.
We met a very helpful reception staff member who gave a good insight into some sights we should see during our short visit which was very useful.
The suite was well equipped and large enough for 5 family members and contained 2 comfy beds and pull out couch.
We made use of the breakfast buffet (bacon, toast, eggs) which was well presented and enjoyable.
A highlight for the family was the pool with large slide which get our young children entertained before having to leave.
Restaurants and bars are all within walking distance and during our stay a food market had set up over the road so we had no trouble dipping our toes into Calgary.response / report this review -

Attended a wedding. The venue and staff were all courteous, professional, polite, and personal. Removed one star as the sous vide steak as part of the dinner lacked a strong flavour and texture. The chicken tasted great, but was dry. The seasonal salad and mushroom cream soup were both fantastic, though.

Checked in and was supposedly upgraded to a business suite as I am a preferred points member. Got to the room, which was not very clean and needed vacuuming badly, and it was exactly the same as the usual king suite. So, we phoned down to let them know and also asked what the difference was between this suite and the regular. We were told it was an oversized desk, wow lol. Also, it was on the first floor, so definitely not an upgrade worth keeping especially since it was dirty. So, they fixed the problem properly. We were upgraded to the club level in the same room type. We appreciated that and the room was clean and the club level lounge made our stay much better. It's nice to see they handled or concerns appropriately. We'll be back!

The rooms were very nice and the amenities were excellent. Loved the big comfy pillows and quality of the bedpsread. Wouldn't have minded a sign once you yet off the elevator to point you to the ice machine but that is small and inconsequential. Enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, in particular the sausage. Good quality place, I would stay there again!

Great staff and service. Fabulous place to hold a convention, meetings or event. Great catering and food options. Great central location. Only downfall is that nearby parking is pricey.

All around a great and unique experience. The staff went the extra mile for us, bringing a doggie welcome package; a dog bed and dishes with a mat, even a bag roll. They also brought a mini fridge to the room as we needed to put some food overnight. Very comfortable room, the facilities are great; the kids loved the pool we loved the hot tub and the work out area. The only thing I think was missing is plugins to charge the phone on the table beside our bed but that is really not important when everything else is perfect. You can't beat the location and value for your money. Highly recommended!

Sheraton suites is a very nice location and central to pretty much everything. The staff there are well trained and are willing to help you find your way around the city. I didn't get a chance to see the rooms but the conference space is very spacious, well lit and elegant. I would recommend it for all professional gettogethers.
