It was small for the price we paid and it was not clean very good the fridge was on 10 and our food went bad and the freezer had lots of ice in it and the hot tub and pool was good we were the only ones there friday night November 17 there was loud people outside our room to all hours of the night my dog didnt get any sleep same as everybody in the room sat night the 18 we got alittle bit more sleep but we will not go there again cause of the price and space we had problems with our keys so many time it sucks when you are out takibg the dog for a walk and you cant get back in your room so i to bring my dog in to the lobby to get another key

Where to begin, I did book our reservation short notice and they were able to accommodate that at a good price. That's the only positive I can give though. Once we got into our room it actually looked like a place where you either get killed or take a lady of the evening. The room was large but had a unlocked storage room attachedwhich did come in handy as there was no coffee maker in the actual room, however there was one in the storage room. The pillows were dirty, the couch was broken, there was gum in the bed and stuck on the bedspread. The washroom was dingy and the walls were dirty, the carpet was gross and not cleaned. The room was freezing, and had a tiny heater, the phone did not work, Well it worked but barely. The small heater cut out in the middle of the night, and made it even colder, and it was not easy to contact the front desk because the phone line was not working most of the time. The front desk personnel were quick to respond but it did not help the dingy, shabby appearance and housekeeping. Overall a weird, sad and awkward place. I think shelters for the homeless are probably better maintained actually.

The corridor smells mouldy and the first room we were given had a creaky bed and a very uncomfortable mattress! The a.c. had no lid on it and thus we could see all old and dusty pipes we asked for a room change which the reception was happy to help us with. The new room however was a bit better with a better mattress and a running a.c. as well.

If I could rate zero stars I would! The staff was nice but the room was disgusting. There was possible blood on the wall in the bathroom, an exploded lotion bottle was used to level the fridge. The air conditioner was disgusting and didn't work. I get that this is a low cost hotel but I usually stay at low cost hotels (I have a dog) but they're usually clean and outdated but this one was dirty and outdated. I don't know how public health has not shut them down?! The $10 in savings isn't worth this experience!

If I could give a no star I would. They held $400.00 fee upon checking in. The first set of keys they gave didn't work and by the time we got in the room, the smell was horrible. It smelled like moth balls and we ended up just having a head ache. We left eventually.

The room was not cleaned. The toilet still had fecal matter in it. The door was open when we first arrived and did not properly lock. We could hear the upstairs neighbours walking all night and there was dust everywhere. Find a different place to stay. I give 2* because the free breakfast was decent and the staff were nice. But it is not a good place to stay.

I would give this hotel is zero if I could . we the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed and they gave me bloody sheets and then accuse me of burning a blanket when I don't smoke and didn't even change bedding and then they did they put the bloody sheets on my bed . I stay there for 10 days and I will never ever go to a ramada again. I asked for towels for three days and they didn't have any and when they did give me towels they were wet but probably not clean either . I don't know how this hotel is still in business but I will never be going again and I advise you not to as well, they do not clean their rooms properly. you can see leftover stuff from the previous guests, there was blood on the walls, dirt in the bed and cigarette burns. One of my night staying there I had two prostitutes with this older man staying next-door and I asked all night for them to deal with them and they wouldn't they've kept me up all night I called hotel security five times and they did nothing. I went in the pool for one day and you could feel the slime on it and as soon as I went in the pool my body turn completely red and infected with hives.

Where to start? The room is smaller than ones that I have stayed at with similar price points. The decor looks like they went to the nearest Salvation army store and picked out whatever was the cheapest. It looked like the 60's, 70's, and the 80's had a bastard love child. The bathroom was painted sky blue over what was evidently bad 70's wallpaper and there was no shower curtain. If you decided to brave taking a bath, in order to drain the tub, you had to hold the stopper up, or it would suck itself back down like a 2-bit hooker trying to suck start a Harley. The spout for turning the taps on looked like it was going to fall off and die if you looked at it sideways. Suffice it to say, definitely NOT a place to stay if you have any self respect. Although, it would be a great place if you wanted to have somewhere to rent by the hour. The bed was soft on one side, and hard as a board on the other. I have a feeling that roaches would even be ashamed to be found there.

Stayed here twice now, only reason is cause it is very affordable. The second time we got a "renovated" room. They had painted and changed the bedding. Beds are still super uncomfortable, heat doesn't work (either really hot or freezing) and they have lights in the rooms that don't even have plugins.

Terrible. They wouldn't let us switch rooms( due to noise from neighbouring guests) because I had used the soap. No towels at the pool. Front desk staff were rude and dismissive. We won't stay there again. You get what you pay for.

It's a very basic outdated hotel. I needed a cheap bed for one night and that's what I got. Don't expect any extra bells and whistle. Very friendly and helpful staff. You get what you pay for in the end but I'd stay there again if I needed a place for one night.

Alright budget hotel. Quite old. Breakfast is acceptable. They have a waffle machine which is nice, and Costco muffins. Apart from that it's touch and go. Rooms are small and often lacking appropriate furnishings. (like chairs. . .)
