i would like to say that i have been a patient since 2005 and through all the different name changes. This clinic has been my life saver, if not for this clinic and all the great doctors and nurses as well as Bharti and Lana who have been so awesome in accommaditing me in all of my appointments through out the years. when i first came to the clinic I was in major pain, I could not stand up straight had major migraines. i look forward to my appointments every week knowing that when i leave the clinic i'm going to be pain free for 4 days . i am very thankful that i have the Silver Pain Clinic to come to. So i will say to anyone seeing this if you have chronic pain and would like to be pain free PLEASE call the clinic and speak with one of the wonderful people there. They will help you.

The staff are compassionate, outgoing and on the proverbial ball.
Lana rules!
Dr. Kevin Smith is my saviour. He took me on as a patient when no one else would due to the complexity of my medical condition. I am enjoying more of life, getting off prescribed 12 years of opiate usage and using alternative pain control measurements. I can even handle the spine and sciatic injections, big girl panty day LoL.
Life changing in a quiet and controlled well equipped facility.
I probably wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for this team of professionals.response / report this review -

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for the past 2 years and he is amazing, great and knowledgeable ..i have a trusted "feeling" with him and comfortable with his care. He is also a kind and patient doctor who actually listens to what you have to say or think. He is worth considering for anyone with "pain" issues.

My wife Joyce visited the Centre yesterday and was very please with the treatment Dr. Djuric provided. The entire staff at the Centre ..Lana..Vesma..Jamal.. and the Dr's xray assistance were all very professional and provided exceptional servicethey made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you all at the Centre.

Dr. Motlani is awesome! He's a kind human being first and a doctor second. Very passionate at what he does and understands pain management best. I come all the way from Brantford to see him. Thanks a lot Doc!

Dr. Djuric has been treating me for a few years now. I feel very fortunate to be in his care. He is very friendly and genuinely cares about his patients. He listens to you and treats you accordingly. I have been to a couple other pain clinics over the years and I believe that Rothbart and Dr. Djuric has been the best so far in increasing the overall quality of my life. Amber and Lana, the ladies who are part of his team are great in assisting you with any questions or inquiries you may have. The nurses in recovery are great as well.

Dr James and his assistant Lana are amazing! I was getting regular nerve block injections for arthritis in my spine and these treatments gave me a new lease on life and allowed me to enjoy being more active. I've moved out of province so sadly, can't keep going but I highly recommend Dr. James for pain management issues. He's the best!

While I would love to provide a review of the actual practitioners at this clinic, it is not possible since reception turned my mother in law away at the desk! A lovely 71 year old woman, she patiently waited almost 6 months for this appointment for shingles and nerve damage. We live 2 hours outside of Toronto and our sitter cancelled last minute, my partner is a police officer and took time out to take her. He drove from our own community, to Kitchener and then Waterloo for picking up grandma and kids, then through unexpected Toronto construction and Friday cottage traffic. They arrived just over 10 minutes early for the actual appointment but since they weren't a full 20 minutes early which reception thought would be needed to complete the paperwork, my mother in law was turned away. As someone who works in a primary care clinic.shame on this practice for their complete absence of patient-centred care. This is the kind of clinic and treatment that gives the rest of us in the field a bad name!

Still waiting for an appointment after 3 months. The doctor I saw 2 years ago was rude and offensive, probably why I have never heard back. In the meantime, have found another clinic very close to home. A requisition was sent by my family doctor on a Thursday, the clinic called me back the next day, and I had an appointment with an excellent doctor on Monday. Caveat emptor.
