Excellent! Right at the heart of all attractions. Clean and spacious room. Good rental rate. Parking rate is $10/vehicle vs $40 charged by some of the big-names. Bonus is that we were allowed to park at the Inn for remainder of the day after checked out! Service desk staff was really friendly and very helpful. I will be a returning customer

This Rodeway must have been the one that broke the mold. I was very impressed. The rooms are large, I had a king bed but there was room for two queens and then some. There are also plenty of furnishings such as a couch, a desk, a sink separate from the bathroom, and a counter separate from that with all of the coffee supplies. The attached diner serves a decent breakfast but the little Italian restaurant next door (Zappi's) is fantastic. This Rodeway is also only a block from the blue line WeGo stop (local bus routes for tourists).

Stayed here a few times over three past decade and always have received good service. May not be the most up-to-date hotel but always clean and quiet. Great little restaurant attached at extremely reasonable prices. This is my goto hotel when we come to Niagara Falls. I've stayed it hotels with more stars and have not received the same level of service.

The hotel is in a great location! It's only a 5 minute walk to the casino. The incline railway is a 5 minute walk from the hotel too, and you can take that to the bottom level of the falls. It's a bit far away from Clifton Hills of you walk, but really nice if you stroll along the falls. The rooms are very clean and spacious. There were no toiletries in our room, but we brought everything we needed. The front desk ladies are insanely friendly. We decided to try their breakfast on site (at an extra cost) since everything was less than $5 and we wanted a quick cheap meal. The lady serving us was miserable, but we weren't there for the service anyway. Parking was additional $10 CAD. There's no fridge in the room, so keep that in mind. Was the best value for the location and comfort since we stayed during the long weekend and all other hotel prices in the area were ridiculously expensive. Would stay again..

Rooms were really quite big. Comfortable beds. Within walking distance of the falls. Staff was really friendly. Reason I knocked a star down is the $10 fee for parking. I think it's a bit excessive, but also not that big of a deal. I'd stay here again.

As far as motels go, this place is very nice. Out dated designs and furnishings but we found it to be very clean and the most important aspects (showers, sinks, bedding, mattresses) were near new and very clean as well. Even the AC was clean. My Dad had the upgraded room with King size bed, gas fireplace and Jacuzzi tub but again. The design and furnishings were old but clean. The staff are lovely and this alone would make me come back!

Large clean rooms. Outdoor pool. Pool was not very warm but definitely adequate to swim in for a short time. Feet breakfast for a good price at the on site restaurant. They also have a few smoking rooms. Only down side is the cost is about the same for some of the nicer hotels in the area.

Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Accommodation was better than expected - the extra sink and makeup area were a nice touch. The TV was snowy, making it impossible to watch on some channels. My main beef was that their web site and their Google synopsis both advertised a substantially lower rate, that is until the reservation was complete, than the actual price that was $50 more. It was also advertised that the parking was a paid amenity, but we were charged $10 a day. When I brought this to the attention of the registration desk, they blew me off and were unwilling to make any adjustment - oh, except that the advertised amenity was somehow misconstrued by me. I thought they should have done better.

Are people this clueless who have stayed here, that wrote positive reviews. We arrived to find our room with the door wide open and smelled like heavy duty deodorizer. This was a pet friendly room and was probably meant to disguise the previous visitor. The reviews on line were positive which set our expectations a bit higher then what we experienced. The rooms were dated and not that clean, the outside of the building was run down and old looking. The pool which was not opened for the season looked like a cess pool and couldn't even imagine in season would look better. We should have listened to the maid when she said she wouldn't even stay there. They only wash and replace towels every third day unless asked for sooner under the guise of being green. I would never stay here again and would probably stay at the Old Stone Inn, the other pet friendly hotel this side of the falls. It just goes to show you that you can't believe what reviews you see on line.

Very friendly staff. Nice looking room. But somethings were broken and didn't work so we had to contact the staff to fix it. The beds weren't as comfortable as I thought. The TV wasn't as good. And the breakfast place was terrible! The waffles were fine and the bacon was slightly over cooked. One of us got pancakes that were raw! The cups and spoons had milk from the other person's breakfast. And the ketchup was watery. The time waiting for the breakfast was so not worth it. But it is a good location from the falls. I would rather go to a different hotel next time.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the falls via the inclined railway, adjacent to a we-go bus stop, and there are always Uber drivers available. The room we were in did not have a microwave or fridge (didn't check this before making reservation), but there was a microwave available on another floor. Room access is from inside the building in case that's not obvious from the street view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good price for the proximity to attractions and food. Breakfast served in connected restaurant was good, inexpensive.

The rooms are large, clean, and spacious. The reception staff is also very polite. I only stayed one night so I don't know about the cleaning service. I did however really like the breakfast the and how reasonably priced it was.

The hotel rooms here are very large and very clean. One of the best places I've ever stayed. I would recommend everyone to come here. Prices were very reasonable and their breakfast diner was lovely.
