DISGUSTING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Stains and filthy. Stayed here for new years since nothing else was available. Literally the most disgusting place I've ever had to do. Looking back I should've slept on the car even if it was winter.

Worst place I have ever been to. The sheets had stains, the toilets were discussing!!! There was urine on the toilet and floor. The bath tub was dirty, The room stunk like cigarettes. The carpet was filthy. One of the doors in the dresser had fake fingernails in it!!! Felt extremely UNSAFE!! VERY disappointed and will never go there again. I am honestly at a loss for words. Do not ever go here. And do not I repeat DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I am 100 percent serious about this. Quadruple zero stars from us. The photos below are of the top of out TV, the room where all linen room,and the view of the trash out side of our hotell room, and stacked mattresses.

Not so family friendly. BE VIGILANTE as its the worst street pharmacy school in Niagara. These residents are wide awake at night and come out when crime is on the menu. Its a junkies paradise.

Worst place I have EVER stayed. Dirty needles under the outside stairwells, blood and urine soaked mattresses lined the walkways between rooms. People running what I assume was an e-bike chop shop from one room. Took 3 days to get our TV working. No phones in rooms and desk charges 50 cents per local call. Refusal to supply room with toilet paper without extra charge. No turn down services or even an offer of clean towels which we had to request on first day there. Worst week of my life. Spare your children from this nightmare of constant drunks fighting and shooting off fireworks in the parking lot at bar close.

The first room we were given keys for was filthy and smelled horrid. The staff was very rude when we complained. We were shown a different room, which was supposed to be clean. When the staff member opened the door she began picking garbage off the floor of the second room and tried convincing us we had to take the room because it had the two beds we required. After seeing what looked like a large puddle of vomit on the floor, we refused to stay. Payment had already been processed and they refused to refund our money. They laughed in our face and said the room was paid for so we had to stay. If we didn't want to stay, we weren't getting our money back. We'll NEVER stay or suggest anyone stay there. It's not even a matter of "getting what we pay for" because of it being an inexpensive hotel. Cheap does not have to mean dirt filled and rancid. One star is still too high of a review for this hotel.

We are here for a family vacation and it is the worst Motel we have ever stayed at. We are paying $200 for the weekend and it is a waste of our money. Drug deals go down in parking lot, long term residents run around yelling smashing things and breaking into other rooms. Owners finght with long term residents in front of guests and does not even apologize for the manner of his behaviour. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I don't think I should be giving it a star at all.

It was the worst two days I've had since going to Niagara falls. There front desk sucks,wifi,jet tub was dirty look like the room didn't clean before they check us in. I requested a crib for my baby they didn't have any,they told us there will be coffee maker we didn't even had a kettle,no breakfast they dont even speak proper English would never recommend here to anyone they have too much problems

i loved it the owner was very accomodating. her english isnt that good but once you learn how to talk to her she is very easy to talk to.. just dont piss her off. she maybe small but she askes like she is 10 feet tall 200lbs, but only when you deserve it.

They have the best price. they serve free breakfast . Peace is clean and they have microwave in a room. Have little pool outside. But dont expect best
service. They never pick up their phone .

My whole family went through a night of hell. A random guy beat my uncle up for money and the residents did not help us much. No one called the police. The first night there were police around the block. The area is not safe. A guest downstairs told us how a lady passed away here due to kidney failure and another person was hit and run over and is in a coma. DO NOT COME HERE. Racial slurs were thrown at my uncles daughter when she asked for help. We screamed and no one helped us but our neighbor next door.

What a horrible place to stay, as soon as you walk into the lobby you know already it's a dive! The stench of it and outdated atmosphere. Not impressed with the room, ceiling falling apart, a centipede in the bathtub, the couch we had wasn't even the right cushions for it. Need I mean to go on 😤😤 I don't rate this motel at all. Maybe a -1!!The wifi was so bad the connection was terrible, there was stains on the bed sheets, bugs crawling on bed, spider webs and hair in the bed spread. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast included such a dive! No privacy as to there was a party outside after 1am. Lots of drunk people! I DEFINITELY don't recommend this motel!!
