Nice hotel, pretty close to everything less than a 15 minute walk to Clifton hill. Small pool and gym, and a nice bar area. We stayed for 2 nights, overall satisfying.

Check-in was fast and easy, and they even let is check-in a couple hours early! Room was clean and spacious. It has an indoor pool and hot tub, small fitness center, and am arcade for the kids and kids at heart. I'd definitely stay there again.

the room was nice and clean other than the bathroom sink all cracked up .The one major thing I didn't like was the fact that they asked if I had a credit card so I showed it to him and he took it swiped it on machine and never said anything about taking money off the prepaid card which was 100.00 taken .Then upon checkout when I viewed my balance on card I saw the 100.00 taken off and asked for it back , I was told due to it being a prepaid card it took longer to refund the money and could take up to 5 business days. This wa a bug inconvenience as the 100.00 they took without asking was gas money to get home .Then while on ride home I also noticed a 17.00 purchase from motel but the only item purchased were 2 small smoothies .Seems to be they are a little crooked when comes to credit cards so do beware .The motel ended up costing me 295.00 for 2 nights and 2 small smoothies.Next time Ill be sure to stay else where .

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean and updated. Room was very spacious and the beds, blankets and pillows we're super comfortable! Would have given 5 stars except our one request for more coffee was never filled. While the front desk was very busy it still would have been nice to get more coffee in our room. Other than that was great, the staff were friendly and helpful when asking questions about the area and with recommendations on where to eat and go.

Awesome hotel, you can see the falls from here sort of, but good views of the city and the lights. I got a room with a hottub in it and highly recomend it. So much fun fits two no problem for relaxation mode. Very romantic place so take your girlfriend or wife. Walk down to the falls is quick and easy. Its an easy walk to the restaurants it is great.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The coffee machine was filthy, there were stains on the walls, hair balls on the floor. I should have stayed at a motel 6 which would have been cleaner. I did get upgraded to a spa suite which you think would be one of the best roomsNOT. It was very close to downtown and the falls so that convenient. They offer no continental breakfast but they give you coupons to local restaurants. The problem is you have to buy two entrees to get the deal, which does not work for a solo trailer. Not worth the price I paid for the room

The room is nice and large. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. WiFi is decent, TV is nice. We were able to upgrade to a Deluxe Suite with a jacuzzi thanks to the wonderful staff, and it was definitely worth it. Depending on where you get placed, you might have a nicer city view, or you might just be looking at some roads. You are unlikely to get a good view of the falls from any of these rooms. I was very disappointed to arrive and not have the usual mini-fridge and microwave that most hotel rooms do, especially since there's more than enough room for it. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Make sure you bring your own food and water, as there's no continental breakfast-- just a breakfast cafe where you pay per item, and overpriced vending machines.

Booked a room with two queen beds and was told when I arrived that it was only for one bed. Charged 15.00 to park when parking literally next door was 10.00. Stitching on Sheets coming out, chairs look old and antique with some kind of paint on them or something. Will never forget to overlook this place. Thanks for the hospitality

Very soft and lovely beds. The staff bent over backwards and apologized multiple times over how the airlines had lost our luggage (Delta) as if it was their fault!!! They were very kind and informed us the minute the bags were on property. They gave good recommendations for where to get contact lens solution and such. Very quiet hallways and no street noise made for a good night's sleep. No breakfast but a nice place with nice people and good wifi.

The hotel was close to the falls..about a 5 minute walk. Beds were very comfortable and hotel was clean but it's of need of some updating. Noticed the washroom door had water damage. The desk light was rusting. Furnishings looked work out and dated. Staff members were very friendly. Overall it was OK. Not sure if I would stay here again.

The hotel is small but attractively decorated. I originally planned to get a WeGo pass but when we got there I realized we didn't need it.It's within walking distance to just about everything. Would be nice if breakfast was included, but hey

The front desk staff were nice and professional. The room was clean. The king size bed was comfortable. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Pool hours are 9am to 11pm. Would have liked the pool to be open earlier. Parking at the hotel was extra which is ridiculous, $15 a night. The hotel is pretty close to all attractions. Our furthest walk was 16 mins to the falls. It's a nice hotel, not wow. I'd say worth the discounted price we got it for (through another site), but not the full price.

Basic Hotel to sleep in, nothing fancy. The rooms could be cleaner. The sheets were fraying, the lamps and furniture had rust and strains. The sheets and bathroom were clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location is pretty Central to everything. Most attractions and falls were 15 minute walk. Free wifi, pool closes at 11:00pm. I wouldn't pay the regular full price for this hotel.

All 3 stars are for the front desk staff who were excellent. Otherwise we had some struggles. To begin, it's an incredibly dry hotel. woke up multiple times throughout the night needing water. Today we went out and when we got back our room's door had been left open by the housekeeping staff(luckily nothing was missing). They also failed to refill the toiletries we used. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel is clean. It's not the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel, but it was far from the best. I'll choose another hotel for our next visit.
