Amazing cup of coffee, probably the best I've ever had. Really beautiful deco and warm atmosphere. Staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Very warm and cozy atmosphere with a calming, trendy ambiance. Pet friendly which is nice for a change. They gave a "doggy bag" for your pet! We loved that!
Clean and comfortable room. Kind, friendly and attentive staff. Definitely would stay again!!

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. It truly feels as if you are staying away at a villa. A few complaints: lack of AC controls, our shower gave us some issues and we are charged $8 a day for coffee.

Different than other hotels in the area in that it has an older wooden "Inn" look to it which we loved. Location is great as it's a 5-15 min walking distance to almost everything that our would want to see in Niagra Falls. Rooms were beautiful and spacious, and service is too notch. Definitely a place we'll be booking at again during our next visit.

Better than I expected ask it was a Inn not a hotel. I can tell this place used to be a old motel that was revitalize. The rooms were clean and roomy. The Flour Mill Restaurant inside the in was the Star. Both dinner and breakfast was very good.

I have to say, we are hotel snobs. And this little treasure is a 10+ place to stay. We were looking for a hotel to stay in with our dog and our typical hotels don't allow dogs. And we definitely didn't want a motel in Niagara.

This place is fantastic. When you first pull up in the neighbourhood, you really aren't sure about it and then you see at the front entrance you are in for a treat.

From the staff at the front desk, to the friendly chambermaids and the staff in the restaurant - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

The rooms are spotless - the towels are better than any high-end resort and the food int he dining room is spectacular.

We will definitely be back!

This hotel is perfect in many ways. The location is walking distance to everything including the casino. The staff are very friendly . Daniel at the front desk greets you with a smile and makes sure your stay is pleasant. He recognized that we were celebrating a special occasion and treated us to a glass of wine when we arrived. When we made the reservation not only did we inform them that we would have a small dog but that my friend had a bad hip. We asked if we could avoid stairs or long routes to our room and we were given a ground floor with a walkout door which was perfect for our situation. We were also told at the front that we could easily cross the courtyard to get into the main building which worked well for trips to the bar and restaurant. Everyone including the housekeeping went out of their way for us. Sherry in housekeeping is very passionate about her work and takes pride in her job and making sure her guests are happy. This hotel is pet friendly and let's keep them going. Their isn't many hotels in Niagara that are so it would be a shame if they changed. Make sure you stop in the bar or lounge area and see Matt at the bar. He makes great cocktails and he will look after you. Go at least once to their restaurant. It's such an experience. The old stone walls and decor make it a dining delight. The food is spectacular. Since this hotel is small you really get to know not only the staff but the other guests.

I won a free night stay here in a superior King. My room was large with high ceilings. The decor was very nice and the bed very cozy. The main thing I didn't like it's that they charge for parking. If you're paying for your room they should provide a free parking permit for that stay. Also, they should have a mini fridge available and not charge $20 for a rental. There is an indoor pool which they provide robes for. The location is great within walking distance to the main strip.

The restaurant was great. But The room. I booked their best room, and it was only OK. "Fireplace" didn't work. No view, one night we were up all night because of the people above us. They filled the hot tub 4x's between 11pm -4am. Beware, it is so so loud to be below that. No fridge, the water in our room was opened and recapped, the TV didn't work when we got there, but they fixed it. The neighborhood is in the hood. They are dog friendly in all, I liked our stay here, but I've paid less for more.

We stayed at this establishment on February 22 to 23 2017. We were a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews but fortunately we were greatly surprised. They were pet friendly, they even av our dog Sandy a welcome package that consisted of a water/feed bowl, 2 poop bags and a do not disturb the puppy sign. The room was fantastic and the meals were very good. The rates were more than fair for Niagara Falls, we were within walking distance of the casino and the Skylon Tower which I took the girls up to see the view as neither one remembers being up there 13 years ago.

I would recommend staying at this place if you have a pet or not, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I know the next time we stay in the Falls we will be staying here again with Sandy. Again it is well worth checking out if you plan on an over night stay in the Falls.

Pleasant little inn. Nicely appointed and renovated room (got the king bed with fireplace). Had some rowdy neighbours (rooms adjacent have ajoineding doors, which sound..and weed smoke can easily pass through) that were promptly put into place when the front desk was notified. A bit noisy coming from the street at times, and the doors all easily slam which can be suddenly disruptive. However, it is dog friendly, which was nice. Some of the extra fees are a bit ridiculous, but kinda expected in such a tourist-y area. All-in-all: not a bad stay.
