Very close to Clifton Hill. Very good price, but you get what you pay for. Sheets and pillowcases were stained. Floor of bathtub wasn't great. Reserved a room with a king bed, but got put in another room. Was in a non-smoking room, but it smelt like smoke. Would only recommend if you were staying there for one night.

We were very happy with out stay here, yes the hotel is run down but our room was clean and the front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. We were also happy with the convenient location and the cost. Our only complaint is the strong smoke odour in the hotel and the people smoking in the room across from us(non smoking floor) Thankfully the smoke smell didn't carry into our room. I would stay at this hotel again.

Room was decently clean, staff were friendly, room has balcony. Pool was nice and quiet. We were the only people in there. Towels are not provided at the pool so you have to use the ones in your room. Over all it wasn't a bad night. Also super close to the falls which was excellent for walking.

This was a cheap motel and sufficient to sleep in for a night or two, but if you plan on staying any longer I would recommend booking at one of the nicer hotels nearby. The sheets had stains and the room was not very well cleaned. The TV was ancient (circa 95') and it only had 14 channels. The staff was alright, but difficult when we asked for a 4 towel, they had only put 3 in our room and we had 4 people. The hotel is crumby and in need of serious renovations, and out of the window you will find a lovely view of dumpster alley.The only positive of the place was its central location and proximity to the falls and other attractions. I do not recommend that anyone stay in this "hotel" for more than a night, and don't even get me started on the WiFi.

-Also no mini-fridge or microwave.

Honestly, liked this place. Had a room that faced Clifton Hill with a balcony. Huge bathtub in the room. Room was clean, very basic (no flat screens. no air con. no fridge.) but it suited us pretty well. Beds were comfy, everything was great. Friendly service. Right down in the heart of everything, highly recommend.

Great quality for low price. Perfect location - walking distance to most tourist attractions.
Staff were extremely friendly and allowed me to check in earlier than the regular time. One of them even provided me with information about moving around.
Place was safe, quiet and clean.
The only problem was the inconvenient location of electrical outlets inside the room.

Terrible hotel service, was there with a group of people and my boyfriend was pin pointed out of all of them for being "too loud" which he was not. Jodie (the manager) is the rudest lady I've ever met. She forced me and my boyfriend to sleep in our car because she no longer wanted me and him there anymore. She had us escorted by police and took our 90$ for the room and our 100$ deposit without question, even though there was no damage to our room. If you're looking for a good hotel to stay in, this hotel is not it. Jodie will make your life a living hell and ruin your Niagara Falls experience.

The room smelled like stale smoke. The bathroom smelled like an ashtray, this is not an exaggeration. As someone who doesn't smoke, this was a difficult odor to smell. Tried to spray the room every so often but it made no difference. Heater barely worked so we sat in cold. Came home and smelled my bag, everything including stuff that stayed in my bag, smelled like that disgusting room. We spent $300 for 2 nights on new years weekend. Even if it costs you an arm and a leg to book elsewhere, do it.

Our room was really cold and heater did not work properly. Our car was broken into so try avoiding parking where there are no cams. The staff was really hard to deal with. Just avoid if you can. We could not cancel since we booked it 3rd party website. Avoid if you can!

The only thing we like about this hotel is location and free parking. Very out dated.
No ice machine.
Very old and cheap comforter sets.
Very dirty curtains. No fridge no microwave in a room. And most of all they still have 70s TV in a room. With just couple of channels on. And pic quality not even clear. They need to update everything in the room Including bath room.

Stayed for a few nights. Rooms were clean, there was a strange smell when walking in, but think it was the cleaners used. The shower was temperamental, when you had it perfect it would shift randomly from hot to cold. Otherwise, the beds were comfy and the room was quiet and the Air conditioner worked great. Good Hotel for on the cheap.
