Location was good. The room was cozy and clean. The service was great. Would recommend it to anyone. Great place.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms! Did not hesitate to take my shoes off and walk in the carpet. I did not give it five star because of the fact power would go out in the room if fridge, heater and microwave was in use at the same time. It happen three times and that really irritated me. Other from that it's a GREAT place. Love it!

It's a motel so I didn't expect much. But the reservation system is bogus. You think you have a non smoking room booked. But it's just a "preference" and you are at the mercy of availability and further charges for requests. The room was in a sore state. Damaged drywall, missing levers on light sockets, and it was dirty. The worst part was the bugs all over the pillows. I didn't bother looking under the covers and slept on top of the bed. Wi-Fi was decent.

Rooms are very econmical and you get what you pay for. Rooms were clean but they could use a fresh coat of paint, new sheets & towels. Everyone was friendly who worked there. Seems like a nice family business.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this hotel. After arriving the hotel, we saw some inspectors walking around and we were scared what they are doing, because nobody could give us any information. After we checked in and asked them about the inspections finally they could give us information about what is going on (Fire inspections).
We went inside the room (number 6) and saw some bucks over the bed. After removing them there were even more on the floor! We have been to scared to see under the bed. Secondly the furniture smelled smoky and we booked a none-smoker room! So we went to the reception and wanted to complain about the room conditions. The hotel owner went with us to the room to see the bucks (that we removed before) and there were two random guys in our room and checking the fire alarm in the hotel room. Nobody warned us that they would come inside the rooms! We told them that this is unacceptable and we want to cancel the hotel. The hotel owner meant that she cannot understand us and that we have to cancel the hotel on the website. So we packed our things (and checked if something is missing after random people went inside our room) and left.

Good price for the location. Room is clean but have lingering cigarette smell. No cup and hair drier.

The inn is very sketchy, had a strong odor. The lady at front desk(if that counted as one)said she doesn't even work there, could not answer any question and did not know what was happening, maybe she was lying. Very bad customer service, 9 out of 10 times no one was able to pick up the calls or reply to emails, even when called they say they had no admin power on doing anything since manager was not there. Bad credibility as well. Only good thing was it was close to highway. Wonder if the good ratings are fake. Feel free to give it a try tho. Price is great.

Excellent value. The owner and staff were very polite, respectful, and responsive to my requests. Honestly it isn't the cleanest place, but for the price, you can't really expect better than this. I enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Visiting Canada from Buffalo, NY my four year old daughter needed to use the bathroom. I asked the owner, she told me no and that I should let me daughter urinate on the grass. What an insult. Little did she know that my family and I were planning on staying there for the weekend. Needless to say we found a place where management was more respectful.

What you pay what you get, not bad for the weekend package deal. Rooms are clean and maintained well. Staff is very helpful.
