Located a short drive from Lundy Lane and Clifton Hill entertainment areas, the location was excellent fit the price. The bed was comfortable and there was a beautiful pool area with a bar and hot tub. The attached restaurant had excellent Irish fare at a reasonable price. The only two negatives were the parking and the bath towels. The parking was nearly non-existent when I arrived on Saturday afternoon and I had to walk half way around the building to check in. There was only 3 check in spaces and they were all occupied by people doing anything but checking in. As for the bath towels, they were small and rough on the skin. It's as though they used starch instead of fabric softener. Otherwise my stay was excellent and I would stay here again if they could get parking under control.
Overall a wonderful stay. Hotel is located right where it needs to be for easy highway access, as well as all attractions.
Rooms are well maintained. The attached restaurant has great food, and good amenities.
Only issue is parking is not the best, in addition to the fact that you are charged for parking on the hotels own lot when it is an amenity. That is a poor and greedy policy at about $ 11 a day for parking on a lot that isn’t secure, not enclosed.
Overall a nice place to stay, not too far from the Falls but far enough from the craziness. Had a Tower Queen room and it was a little smaller than I expected—room for only one bedside table. Lobby area was beautiful, and it would be nice if the rooms were better updated to match that, but they were still nice for the price point. Nice to have a fridge in the room too, though adding a microwave would have been great.
Our room was near the elevators and across from a conference room—there was a minister conference going on that weekend and we were woken at 9am by singing in the conference room. Kind of annoying, but not the hotel’s fault. Next time I’d request a room farther from any conference areas, but I’d definitely stay again.
I have stayed at this location many times and will continue to do so. This location is our home away from home. We travel 2.5 hrs to get here and we're so comfortable when we arrive. The staff are all terrific and friendly and very helpful. The lounge has great entertainment. Consider booking the "Oh Canada eh Dinner Show" package, it's so much fun and great value for the cost.
This is a decent hotel. We faced the street, so didn't see much. It has some local businesses around it, so you don't have to pay the tourist prices. It's close to the tourist areas without the prices. The room was nice and comfy. The bathroom was old but well kept. They have a great reduce/recycle program in place. The ice machine is ANCIENT! but it worked. The staff is friendly and helpful even when checking in at midnight.
I enjoyed my stay, it was a wedding which the staff in Hotel and restaurant were terrific. They went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. The hotel in conveniently located and the WEGO bus service took us to the falls which was a short ride away. The room was very comfortable, it felt like home except I did not have to make my bed.
I will be back, looking forward to the wine tour

The staff was very friendly and super accommodating. The conference room was nicely decorated, spacious, and the drinks from the bar were great. Good sound system as well. The chicken dinner was decent as well. Overall great experience and good venue for staff events of 40-60 people.
Great location if you have a car. Right on the main road, with a bunch of restaurants in walkable distances. Staffs were very friendly didn't have any issues with them. The bathtub was a bit clogged so asked them to take care of it and someone came to fix this right away. Room was decently spacious and it was clean. I care much about the sheets and I was very satisfied. One thing I wasn't too happy about was the humidity in the room. The weather wasn't particularly humid since it was at the end of August but the room was somewhat humid so I had to have the ac on for a bit to take care of this. This wasn't a big issue whatsoever. Overall, I was pretty satisfied.
Overall a decent hotel for a night stay. Rooms and lobby were recently updated. Many restaurants were available within walking distance. It would be nice to have a time for an adults-only swim. It was very crowded with children even after 9pm. Rooms were a good size and the hotel was very accessible.
We booked this hotel because my husbands band was playing at the on site restaurant and since we live out of town it was perfect. We brought our 20 month old granddaughter for the afternoon and supper and she enjoyed the pool, play area and was able to enjoy the court yard area while we relaxed. We actually used to stay here quite often when our children were much younger and always enjoyed the amenities.
The front desk staff (Naomi, Joe, and the blond haired Young girl) was absolutely incomparable! My husband and I went away for our honey moon and could not have chosen a better place to stay! The service was incredible and everyone was so helpful! It felt like we knew these people for years instead of this being our first time to Canada! What a wonderful chemistry the staff has with everyone they encounter! Naomi finished our trip with a "BANG" by recommending a wonderful place that only locals go to for breakfast and also recommended the "wego" passes! The bus passes were by far the best part! Thank you so much to ALL the staff for making our trip unforgettable!!!
We loved our stay here!
We went with my daughter and son-in-law and their three kids ages 4, 3 and 3 months.
Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable.
Staff was friendly and accommodating
Went mid week so wasn't busy, we liked that.
Their courtyard is awesome..a couple of things would put this over the top.
if the pool area opened earlier.like 8 o'clock. Little kids are up earlier then 9 o'clock and
if the pool water was SALT WATER!
Would be nice to be allowed to eat your own food brought from home out in the courtyard (they require you buy the food from their restraunt)
But definitely planning on staying there again. Thought it was a great place.
Hotel was great. Love the staff attitudes and restaurant on site. The swimming pool and play area was great for the kids. It would be nice to see this open at 8am instead of 9am on weekends when people are travelling with their kids. The atrium is beautiful and for the hotel is quite clean. Our bathroom could have used a better sweep and a bit more of a clean but it wasn't that bad at all. No issues with anything else during the duration of our stay. I would and do plan to go back!
This is a hidden paradise for my family. We live close by but make a point to stay here every year to enjoy the tropical courtyard and facilities. We love to open the curtains of our patio doors and see the greenery. At night, the courtyard is lit by quaint, old fashioned lamp posts. The kids have the pool, arcade, play place and Internet. There is a McDonald's, grocery store, pharmacy, dollar storejust about anything you could want/need within walking distance. The hotel has its own pub/restaurant that's popular with locals as well. Overall amazing place to stay!
