This branch has moved to Renfrew Street, in the new complex. NO PARKING unless you want to pay to do your banking or circle around the block for 10 minutes, if you're even lucky enough to find something free on the street.. They don't even offer a few free CIBC customer parking spots. Will strongly consider changing my home branch.

Worst customer service ever
And the amount of stupidity is amazing they just blew my mind.
They can't help me because my request was in french lol Wow.
The line is a different story, and some customers just walk in F the line because she knows the person who works inside. Wow just wow.

Ever since those Diamond Parking scammers have set up shop here and gave me a ticket while I was using the atm, I have stopped coming here. The security guard is nice though and I haven't interacted with the employees inside.
