Horrible! We called the 1800 number to book because the guy at the desk wasn’t answering and she said there was a king size bed and we showed up the guy said no we don’t have one and after arguing and my boyfriend coming in they apparently had one so we got the keys went in and it was gross and not cleaned so we went back to the desk sorted it all out. At the end of the night we had to pull two double beds together and they wouldent even give a discount! Worse place to stay!

Great location but place is falling apart. Air conditioners not running, lights not working. Rooms looking old and worn.

Adequate accomodation for a single night stay. Bed was hard and room smelled of smoke. The hotel is getting a little old and the exterior could use some touching up. Did not take advantage of the pool or breakfast as we were there only for a night. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was comfy. The pull out loveseat was a nice bonus for our toddler. Free breakfast was decent, and the customer service was above and beyond. Very pleased with our stay here. We will definitely be back.

It's ok. The breakfast was good for a free one. Pool looks nice but we haven't used it. Quiet. Room is a bit cramped, but otherwise alright. Clean and stuff.

Bed was very comfortable. And was in a easy to get to location. Our bathroom was not very clean ( hair all over it) and the floor in our room had not been vacuumed. Hall way had a world smell and was very dirty as well.

Very accommodating. Great rooms. Highly convenient location and super close to a bunch of places to eat. Easy access to trains and buses. Rooms are nicely maintained and clean. Great free breakfast included too. I would stay here again. Low cost to rooms as well great value for the dollar.

Thermostat does not work, room is extremely hot. Extremely dates and very bad musty smell radiating from room. Whole place smells like smoke. Tv is very poor quality. Tub had a beetle in it.

Hotel needs renovation. My room was very cold, my collegue room was too hot breakfast was minimal. The best thing was the helpful staff

Have stayed on and off the past summer finally was for 60 plus days for an older style motel I'm very impressed my hat is off especially to the cleaning staff when your room is done it's spotless maintenance folks addressing any issues and to the front desk staff from the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome courtesy and friendliness is at a high level I would recommend staying here to anyone thank you everyone I've been very well treated

Service wasn't great on the first impression but then ended up being fantastic. Understanding and patient staff. The rooms have minimalistic bedding, though. Limited parking for any over-sized vehicles.

I had to make a last minute trip to Calgary on Monday to attend an International Conference on Child Abuse. As this trip was last minute and unexpected, I had not prepared. My credit limit had been reached on my credit card. I offered a cash deposit and told the man that the Days Inn had refused me a room but offered me a safe place to park and sleep in my car. He felt bad and offered his apologies. Can you believe it, apologize for the ill treatment from another hotel. Anyways, long story short, he gave me a room, against police and I slept comfortable and safely for two nights. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
